I signed up for Speel after seeing multiple videos presenting it as an AI UGC video creation platform. As a business owner, I wanted to try the tool before deciding whether to use it.

After paying for the trial, I received only 10 credits.
However, generating a single video requires around 100 credits, which makes it impossible to test the main feature the platform is advertising.

Even the lower-quality versions still require several credits per second, and images also consume multiple credits. In practice, the trial credits are not enough to meaningfully test anything.

On top of that, the credits expire within 24 hours, which adds pressure and makes the trial even less usable.

I contacted support, explained that I only wanted to try creating one basic AI UGC video, but they did not offer any solution or additional credits to test the core functionality.

This feels misleading. A trial should allow users to test the main feature — especially when that feature is what the platform is promoting.

Currently, you pay for a trial but cannot actually try the product.
Very disappointing experience.

They're not letting me access the platform despite having paid.

I suspect they've changed their pricing but since I'm onthe old system maybe I can't access despite paying again to access before my next subscription receipt. Complete mess

GUYS. AFTER PAYING 1 DOLLER FOR A FREE TRIAL. THE SOFTWARE GENERATED A VIDEO WHICH I DID NOT LIKE SO THEN I PROCEEDED TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND DELETE MY CARD INFORMATION. BUT THERE IS NO OPTION FOR CANCELATION OR DELETING THE CARD INFORMATION. SO THEN I SAW A CUSTOMMER SUPPORT BUTTON WHICH WAS UNRESPONSIVE. I HOPE MY CARD DOES NOT GET CHARGED OR MAYBE I MAY CANCEL MY CARD AND ORDER A NEW ONE.

Scam
You pay 1 dollar to try the product out. after generating a video, I am not granted access to that video, and required to pay the full subscription amount.

when I try to contact support, the button does not work. Furthermore, on the main landing page, the basic plan says you get about 27 videos for 70 dollars, but when you view the pricing later, it says it gives you only 550 credits, which is enough for maximum one ad. I can pay this to an actual person...

there is now way that people are actually using this, as the price tag is unrealistically high.

Signed up, had 510 credits left, but Generate button simply didn't work no video, no explanation, just stuck.
Tried to cancel subscription ,impossible to find the option, support silent.
Avoid this tool, pure scam vibes, wasted time and money.

This has been one of the worst SaaS experiences I’ve had.

During a 1-day free trial, I accidentally clicked a button that immediately upgraded me to a paid plan. I realized the mistake right away and contacted support within minutes, asking for a cancellation and refund.

The reply came from the founder & Youtuber, Alfie — and it was a flat refusal. No help, no flexibility, no attempt to resolve the issue. Just “no refund.”

I contacted them immediately, I didn’t use the paid service, and still they chose to keep the money. After that first reply, support completely disappeared.

Between a weak product and a company that shows zero respect for customers, this is a service I would strongly recommend to AVOID. You just lose money.

Servicio caro, sin soporte humano y funciones eliminadas

He pagado 102,04 € por una suscripción en Speel y mi experiencia ha sido muy negativa.

Desde el 3 de enero intento contactar con soporte por un problema grave en el servicio. La única “ayuda” disponible es un bot (Agente AI Alfie) que promete que un agente humano contactará contigo “en unos minutos”, algo que nunca ocurre. A día de hoy nadie del equipo humano se ha puesto en contacto conmigo.

El problema principal es que han eliminado la opción de crear vídeos UGC en modo PERSONALIZADO, que era la funcionalidad clave por la que contraté el servicio. Antes podía elegir personaje, voz, escribir mi propio guion y gastar 20 créditos.
Ahora solo permiten el “modo fácil”, que:

Consume 100 créditos

No permite elegir voz

Apenas deja personalizar el guion

Ofrece un resultado muy inferior

Es decir, menos funciones por mucho más coste. Tengo 560 créditos sin usar de los 1200, porque el servicio ya no se corresponde con lo que contraté y no puedo utilizarlo de la forma prometida.

Considero esta práctica abusiva y muy poco transparente. Para un servicio de este precio, la falta de soporte humano y los cambios unilaterales en las funcionalidades son inaceptables.

No recomiendo Speel. Si estás pensando en contratar, ten en cuenta que pueden cambiar el servicio sin avisar y luego no responder cuando tienes un problema.

In the process of trying to cancel my membership right before the day it was going to renew the page was stuck on "Update Payment Information" with everything else grayed out and basically unclickable. I tried on other browsers, google chrome, and phone and even while refreshing nothing changes. I suspected they did something to prevent me from going into my payment methods to change and when I inspected the page and the source console I saw this: "error": "Dodo API error: 403 - {\"code\":\"MERCHANT_NOT_LIVE\",\"message\":\"Live payments not enabled for merchant\"}"

My friend who is a developer basically said it was something they were doing on there side. Regardless I took screenshots and recordings of what I was facing. Truly disguisted and to the youtuber @Alfie Carter who owns this website. I am truly disappointed. I initially wrote a good review on trustpilot for you, and the previous issue you had promised to resolved you still have not and it has nearly been one month. To anyone reading this, please protect yourself and learn my mistake. Avoid this site and be weary of the shady practices.

Tried several times to Get in touch with support - since I bought monthly package, but they draw the full cost for over 300$.
Impossible to get in touch with them, not worth it. Probably some scam. Would stay away.

Ive been using Speel to generate images for my products and image ads. The AI image quality is far better than nano banana pro and gpt which was useless for me for what i needed, the same prompt into speel and nana banana and speel is 10 times better, saves so much time plus you get like 4 variations to choose from.

I tried a lot of AI UGC Tools and Speel was the best one - without any doubt you can create the most realistic videos with this tool.

Great platform and support team. The video is more free flowing and natural than other products.

Honestly great experience so far. Created some pretty good videos so far, and even though had some difficulties, such as the program not creating a video for some reason, the support was very helpful and understanding, and refunded every credit that was used unsuccesfully.
The programs used are clearly next level, way ahead of Arcads and other competitor websites, and it is fairly easy to use.
For the price it is definitely the best AI UGC creator site in the moment.
Happily waiting for new features too.
