-1 terrible customer SERVICE, the worst there is out there!!
Take weeks to fulfil orders and use the snail couriers 🐌!!
Their customers are NOT their first priority - the receptionists are frosty and miserable. Truly awful!

Loved them for years. They have wonderful products and very reasonably priced. I had a really tough time with a return as it was too late to cancel as I found the product locally- so I got the return authorization and noted on the package sent back refused. Took me quite some time to get the issue resolved and I am happy to report that I FINALLY got the issue resolved and so happy with the results. I will continue to enjoy their innovative products as I have over recent years.

Have used their products for years and also subscribed to their highest level of monthly subscriptions spending more than $1200 annually. Just cancelled everything! Their Rewards program is difficult at best. They changed their subscription products and have been receiving terrible reviews online but somehow they continue to show almost all Five Star reviews on their website....yet, few of the reviews are recent. Hmmmmm...... Something must have happened in their management because this is not the same company!

The products are 100% amazing but the customer service is appalling, they don’t deliver on time, never email when theirs an issue, here respond to an email, keep your money for a month with out sending kit. They changed their 2023 subscriptions but kept price the same…. Not good.

Really disappointed with the dies I recently bought. They do not cut cleanly and even with lots of shims it's still really awful and I need to cut the parts that haven't cut through the paper. I am not a beginner at this and I've used lots of other dies with no issues at all. I'm really put off spending so much money on such poor quality.

Ordered the Glimmer hot foil machine, I was given a refund with no reason as to why? I then checked it was in stock, so ordered again…again issued a refund with no explanation. I emailed customer services FIVE times!!! Not once did they reply! My order was a £200 order, so you’d think someone would have had the decency to explain what was going on? So because of their non existent customer services, I went elsewhere and ordered the crafters companion Gemini foilpress machine. So you lost a £200 order and any future orders I may have placed. With such an appalling service I’m surprised the company is still going.
Save yourselves some money, time and frustration and shop somewhere other that Spellbinders uk. They don’t give a flip about you

Good products but poor service.
Ordered items value 19 dollars with voucher of 10 dollars so 9
dollars to pay. I didn't notice the cost of post until I paid then realised it was 60 dollars so I have a total of £49 sterling to pay. Tried cancellation straight away by email and was told I couldn't. Tried cancellation of payment but they had already taken it. Next day order is still waiting to be fulfilled. Why couldn't I cancel order?

They have excellent products, but I personally do not believe they are honest with their shipping notifications and they need more staff! Before I ordered, it said 3-7 days. AFTER I ordered it said it would be an Additional 5-10 days! They finally sent it from the warehouse over three weeks later. BTW - They have no phone number to call, just an email address. All the other craft companies I had purchased from in May sent their orders out within a week, usually 3-4 days. Good products, poor service!
