I have worked with Spencer Clarke over two periods and both times has been positive.

My current consultant, Leasha Cookson, is really helpful and knowledgeable in the care sector. Leasha has previously worked in this sector so she has working knowledge of the industry which shows in way your application is processed. I have worked with a few Recruitment Agency and many of the consultant often have no knowledge of the industry they work. At Spencer Clarke this is not like this. Your consultant will know your industry.

The only thing thay could be worked is that sometimes I do not always get a call back when requested and this can be frustrating. The referral scheme also can be be slow in terms of processing the reward voucher.

Overall, the company has grown a lot since I first worked for them and it is no surprise their are now a leading recruitment agency given they operate on a sector knowledge model for recruiting their consultant which demonstrates credibility and professionalism.

Working with Spencer Clarke has been made a big positive change for my family commitments, I’ve had great support with Paul Best from the beginning, he has a good understanding and is very patient with me when needed, due to me having a SEN child myself requiring multiple appointments, Spencer Clarke always find me suitable work around this, or cover me if I’m unable to make my long term placement for a day etc. I haven’t really been without work on my available days, it’s been pretty steady for me, anything I haven’t been able to do, I turn down and they happily sort me something better suited!
