This is totally scam, fraud company. Please trust me.My order that i have never been received from this company and i paid 35 dollars. They never ever picked phone any time.I asked them to refund my money but no response at all . STAY AWAY from this site.

I have order on line on 10 March 2026 for Hamdard Majun Jiryan Khas 1kg bottlex2, I send payment As per my bank information the transaction No. Point of Sale - Visa Debit VISA DEBIT RETAIL PURCHASE PAYPAL *SPENCER 606915607644 $99.01.under order No.33423,Now they reply after some days, that payment still under Review. It is totally scam when Bank show payment in there Account. But they are not processing order .neither they refund. There system to deal will customer is poor .I do not know they refund or
complete my order with good quality of above Herbal.

Customs opened the medicines but didn’t reseal them, which can lead to contamination. Please avoid this service.

I had great experience with that I thought there was some review bad but my experience what good I order again

Please beware before buying anything from this company. I ordered a bunch of products in May. I only got half the items in August. I emailed them and they said they would send the rest but for customs reasons they sent them in 2 separate shipments. They sent me a tracking number but when I checked it a few weeks later it said booked but it was never sent. I emailed them so many times (in total the email chain was 34 emails) and they always gave me some excuse. In the end they stopped responding to my emails in October 2025. I emailed a few more times and tried to give them many chances over 5 months to send the products because I actually wanted them. I'm now waiting for a dispute resolution with Visa. The most confusing thing is that they charge a lot for these products compared to what they pay in India so why not just send them and keep your customers coming back? Why lose a customer because you wanted to keep the cost of my missing items which totals 43USD?
I order from Indiangoods now.

Avoid avoid avoid please. I refused my order at customs because the import duties were nearly double the value of the order, it was several boxes of joint supplements. I sent them an email about the return which they acknowledged and and begged to not return as they would need to pay customs their end too. I explained that it is my right to return an order, especially one that was refused at delivery. Guess what, no sight of the refund whatsoever and it’s now December 2025. They got the supplements, and my money.

Prompty Delivery order next time again

I tried contacting customer care twice but never received a response. There was no tracking information provided, which made it impossible to know when my order would arrive. Very disappointing experience — I hope they improve their communication, but I won’t be ordering from them again.

Very disappointed with Spencerkart. Ordered two bottles of braino.
Received both but one bottle was smashed liquid soaked through. Spencerkart informed that it's the deliverer's fault but agreed to sent me another bottle. Kept assuring me that they'll sent out a replacement bottle and will send me tracking number. Sigh.. since July and it's now November, nothing from them.

As always order received on time with ordered items.

Suggestion: include customs charge in order value. Add another option to pay without using PayPal... Can't trust them anymore as they placed order twice even though their plug in face error in completing transaction. On top they never owned this and resulted for my monetary loss in cancelling order

Good service fast delivery as promised

Very Unprofessional service. I order two bottles of 60 ml of Bonnisan syrup. And what I receive is just one bottle of 30 ml.
