The support is terrible, they never respond. Pay their ambassadors through GoAfPro, and you'll be waiting months for a response and nothing.

Product stopped working after 1 month . Their customer service does not reply . Save your money and DON’T buy Sperax. The do not stand behind their products

Our Sperax walking pad stopped working after a few months. I reached out over 6 times to try and get a replacement/refund under warranty. Each time they told me I had to use a "Sperax Support Portal", which doesn't exist. Their warranty is a complete scam and their products are poorly made.

Product is fine, but I never received an invoice. I’ve reached out through every possible channel (Email, Instagram, Chat) with zero response. It seems they stop caring the moment they have your money. Would not recommend buying directly from their website if you value customer service or need proper documentation.

This walking pad is lightweight, quiet, and easy to set up. Great for office use, with smooth performance, useful 3-in-1 features, and solid durability. A perfect way to stay active while working.

When my Sperax P1 arrived, the box had a small dent from shipping. I took photos and contacted customer service right away. They replied everything, were super kind, and helped me check everything step by step. Luckily, the treadmill was barely affected, and they offered a fair solution. Excellent service overall - I'm really enjoying my walking and absolutely recommend this company!
