Great experience!
Very easy, transparent process to purchase and receive the jewellery. Free postage helped persuade me to buy the earrings, which are lovely, by the way. I can’t believe how quickly the parcel arrived all the way from England. Amazing! Thank you so much SPERO.

Customer Service
The courier (EVRI) failed to deliver the goods I had purchased from Spero, but when this was pointed out to Customer Services (Antonia), it was immediately resolved without any fuss or problem. This is very comforting when making online purchases.

My ear cuff looks lovely. Excellent quality and it came with its own mini polishing cloth. It sits beautifully on the ear and feels very secure.My order arrived super quick and I will definitely buy from Spero London in the future.

Good communication, responsibility, and kindness! I was waiting a little longer than expected for the delivery and the people who responded to my email were wonderful. The jewelry was perfect too - it was a great experience all around, will definitely buy again.

Lovely site, gorgeous jewellery, excellent customer service
Ordered a beautiful silver ring and even with standard delivery it arrived within a couple of days.
The ring was nicely packaged with a cleaning cloth, but was also unfortunately too small. Customer service was excellent, fast, helpful and refund issued OK.
Would definitely use again!
