Smoky Honey Habanero Sweet & Spicy Seasoning
The delivery was quick and email updates were regularly sent out to let me know the status of my order, which was great. However, I only rated 3/5 stars, because it seems the formula has been reconfigured. I have a tub of the same spice that was purchased about six months ago. Visually and taste-wise the old and new recipes are very different, and the old version is much better. The new version is much lighter in color, the granules are smaller, and the taste is noticeably sweeter. I much preferred the more smokey flavor of the old recipe. I wish the company would not have reformulated, because this is a step down in terms of flavor.

Initial coupon code didn't work but when I reached out to customer service, they quickly responded with a valid code. Product arrived quickly and tastes great! I will definitely be a customer again in the future.

Broken jar on arrival.
I also ordered Mulling Spice which arrived damaged. The lid of the jar was broken off and contents emptied all over the inside of the box.
