I paid $20 for a subscription, but I have no idea where my money went. I didn't get what I paid for. I've tried contacting their customer support and even reached out to them on social media, but I've received absolutely zero response. Complete silence. I highly recommend avoiding this service.

EDIT: I stand corrected. After several attempts, the company did respond to me and issued a refund. Perhaps they are trying to do better.

Cancelled my subscription and was charge anyway. Reaching the company is nearly impossible. Apparently others have had a similar experience. I'll be reporting to my bank to block any future transactions. Definitely a scam.

I have several hundred minutes still unused on my account, but this morning instead of creating clips I got an error message, The video was selected and the program transitioned to "generate", then the error appeared. I was unable to create any clips.
The error messages are:

Those errors both appeared after clicking "Generate"
I uploaded my video three times by selecting a file and also dragging/dropping. My upload appeared to work, again the error was after clicking "Generate".
Can you, PLEASE fix this so clips are made?
It's extremely inconvenient that there is no one in tech support to get help!

100% never ordered this service and found a charge on my Amex card. I immediately emailed the company asking for a refund and heard back from “Ron” that it would be forwarded to their “billing” department for review which I found unacceptable. I filed a dispute claim with Amex and let this company know and gave them the opportunity to resolve it and instead they messaged me back saying they could not guarantee a refund.

Here is the actual response from Ron.
“ Not at all and I still cannot guarantee refund. A refund can be given with certain criteria, such as credit and platform usage etc. This is why I forwarded it to billing, like I do with any case such as this. Disputing the charge for claiming someone else used your card/any other reason is totally acceptable, we'll just have to reply to the dispute which might lead to your bank not approving the refund and if it will, it will take much longer, sometimes weeks. This is what I tried to do. You can always dispute the charge again if billing department will not refund the funds (most of the times, in cases like this where you didn't use credits and reached out right away, there's refund...). Anyways, that's just my honest advice.

Paid for it monthly canceled my subscription and they still charging me bs scammers…

They do not issue refunds, and their platform does not cancel subscriptions. You cancel, the platform tells you it was canceled but it never really happened. In the help chat they tell you not to worry, that you will receive your refund in maximum 10 business days but it's a trap for you to do nothing and wait. It is a scam.

Scam. Made me sign up and didn’t even generate me 1 clip like I was advertised it would… legal action will be persued if I do not get my clip like I was supposed to. False advertisement is a real crime at the expense of consumers like myself… Complete scam site just a detail harvester won’t give you nothing but will take everything it possibly can, all your details card info etc

I wanted to use the new years offer. In the beginning my account only made problems because it didn’t recognize that I’m a pro member. I wrote the support and he tried to help. In the end I needed to pay the normal product price (with a small discount for the first month, they told me it would be lifetime so they lied.) and after I paid, no reaction from the support anymore and nothing. It’s like, they help you until they get your money. At least something but only worth 2 stars in my opinion. The feature itself is ok. You can’t really edit the clips, lots of features are only „available in the future“ and it has a lot of bugs. I thought I pay for a full usable and customizable program. All in all, maybe they’re useful someday. But I think they need 2-3 years and meanwhile you can learn how to cut yourself and make it way better like I did. It did cost me 2 months but it was worth it.

If you just need a simple solution, try out the „free minutes“ and see if you’re satisfied, if so buy a small package because it’s more than enough. For me the whole experience wasn’t satisfying.

You know what? I don’t know why but I came back to this review today. I’ve read the first review from Bernardo, telling „the support is amazing“… he is the support! He is one of the team and I thought it’s forbidden for them to write a review here… I bet the other 5star ones are team members as well. So this is probably a scam. Don’t trust them and most importantly don’t give them money, they’re lying. If you don’t believe me, go to the spikes studio discord and look at the chat. You’ll see one name very often. 😉

Sad to see, I really thought they have potential. World full of scams. But I’ll never give up. Hope you’re doing too!
