Really helpful service. Today I needed someone to listen and then question my thinking, feelings and next steps. This has given me clarity and confidence to tackle some big issues coming up.

Really easy to use, and effective. I found it very easy to book and manage a session, and then joining and participating was just as simple. My therapist was knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and understanding. If I knew it was this painless to get mental health support, I'd have done it a long time ago.

Having the opportunity through work to book a session right when you need it is so valuable. The process for booking the first session was so simple, with an option to submit a form describing the type of support you need if any of the preset options don't really give the sense of the full picture. The session felt like a safe environment where I could talk openly about whatever I needed to without judgment.
