Size was too small, I request for resize once I get perfect size will share my experience.

Customer service went above and beyond to make sure I received the right size after receiving the wrong size. Can’t wait to receive the right size.

The size was not specific to me waist. based on specifications I ordered a "L" large, however true to size I would have been better off with an XL. Luckily, the company took immediate action on replying to my concern and coming up with a solution to the issue. Having lower back issues for quite some time, this product is a welcome addition to the program.

Quick response to emails a great customer service

It took a short while before Customer Service responded to my initial query but when they finally did, they were prompt, helpful, and accommodating. They proposed a great solution to my fit problem.
Now, for the product itself. I have worn MANY waist/back belts over the years but this one really dials in the fit. Typically, belts are just elastics and velcro. However, this one uses cords in a pulley system that makes it easy to tighten and remain tight. Its also very lightweight and not bulky at all. I look forward to using this more and more for my back pain.

Well built, craftsmanship is solid, ability to tighten with ease and valcro is very strong. Actually is just as advertised. Customer service is easy to get a hold off. Truly impeccable company and product.

The company is a complete scam. They claim to have a refund guarantee and hassle free returns but ignore your messages. I even sent messages through FB Messenger which they read and ignored.
