Great deal right well first day didn't get anything same for day two had to email them just to credit me my bonuses. Went two day and nothing then they credit my account, well here I am trying to get my fourth day bonus by emailing them since early in the morning , all day and no response from them, play at your risk

The redemption process is long and unreliable. I have only tried to redeem twice and it's been an issue every time. Right now I have been waiting for my redemption since the 8/18. I received an email that it was processed but still have not received it. Multiple emails back and forth and I finally got an email on the 25 that I have to wait another 72 hrs. I will not be purchasing anymore coins to play due to its a grueling processs to get your winnings. If you ever get it at all.

UPDATE: They did not respond to my emails but did pay this morning!

So far customer service has been helpful. I used a discover card the first time I tried to redeem not realizing they don’t take instant payouts. My redemption was declined and put back into my account and I was able to redeem with a different card. I received the email this morning that my redemption was on its way… still nothing. Zonko (sister site) was within an hour of the same email. Starting to get concerned and nothing back from support.

Could have been one of my favorites except for the fact that I seem to have been banned from making purchases. No idea why and no one will respond to my many attempts to email support. Such a shame because I loved so much about this site and would certainly have continued using it. I have had the same thing happen with their sister site zonko. In both instances I have redeemed only slightly more than I purchased. Don't waste your time with this one or else be prepared to be cut off if you have the tiniest but if luck.

Well, I did go back and play after being doubled charged for a purchase because mistakes do happen. But I noticed that this really isn't a casino, as one customer described it as a toilet where you just flush your hard earned money because you don't have a chance in heck of winning. And I'm still trying to collect for the package I was doubled charged for, but it's just another trap to keep you logging in everyday for $5-$6 and you lose hundreds. And I can't get any daily incentives because it asks me to go through verification for $.10 cents and that's sickening. I have lost hundreds and never ever seen anything close to a redemption amount during a bonus that I usually had to buy to see. Therefore, I am very concerned about the people bragging about incentives and bonuses. And like all the other casinos I have played, they also keep a history under each player's account of purchases and redemption, I was not able to find any such information under my account, so I emailed support for a response. I know that no one wins all the time, but when you pay and play hundreds of dollars for days and weeks and so on and never cash out at least $100 back, there's definitely something wrong. This casino appears to be a complete HOAX/SCAM and they should be reported to the FTC and the Attorney Generals Office in each state that they operate in, because clearly they have dummy game apps that will never pay out and that's not fair to the consumer. And there's one other thing that caught my eyes, SPINFINITE has the WORSE reviews from customers that I have ever seen in my time playing online casinos. I would literally rate them a (0) if it wasn't for the large selection of games.💯

The sole purpose of this site is to transfer your hard earned income from your account to theirs. The interface is very simple and there is no livd support. If you are lucky enough to get a bonus after 30-50 dead spins it will be the smallest bonus possible and there is little chance of your bonus winnings covering the cost of getting the bonus. Fun games. Is a straight up fraud of a casino though. Keep you just at or under withdrawal and can go 300$ straight without a single win. Will not make another deposit here for sure.

I have had no issues with this site. A little after 72 hours your redemption should hit via debit card as mine did. I've hit twice 100 and some then 1400. No issues with either. Yes the email service takes a little longer than most but they replied.

This company does not answer emails. Offers zero support. And is shady about redemptions. Do not use this website.

I am waiting on a payment. I have a redemption that is taking weeks and no real communication with support through email. They just keep giving me the run around. Like asking what my email is associated with the account. The email they are emailing!!!!! I am very frustrated at this point.
