AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I had approximately £5,500 in my account and attempted to withdraw my money, but SpinKings’ SMS verification codes wouldn’t arrive, preventing me from completing the withdrawal. They had successfully sent me text messages before, yet when I needed the verification code to access my money, I couldn’t get one.

I ultimately lost that balance while unable to withdraw. I submitted a formal complaint, was given a four-week timeframe, ignored despite repeatedly chasing them, and eventually received a late response refusing a refund.

Their excuse? Because I live in the UK and apparently wasn’t permitted to play, they claimed they had no responsibility.

So you’re happy to accept someone’s deposits, but when your withdrawal process fails and they lose their balance, you suddenly claim you have no responsibility?

SpinKings have refused to refund me despite the circumstances, handled my complaint appallingly and shown a complete lack of accountability. Instead of properly addressing why I couldn’t withdraw my money, they’ve hidden behind my location.

£5,500 is a substantial amount of money. I would urge anyone considering SpinKings to think very carefully before depositing. My experience has been absolutely disgraceful.

Update to my previous review

I previously left a positive review because, at the time, I was genuinely happy with my experience and felt valued as a customer.

Since then, I’ve had an issue regarding the referral promotion that has significantly changed my experience.

I was told that people I referred would receive a £20 bonus and that I would receive £20 for each successful referral. Five referrals were processed on that basis, and I received £100, while the five people I referred received their £20 bonuses.

I was then encouraged to continue referring people. Based on that conversation, I spent a significant amount of time promoting the casino within my community and referred another 17 people.

After those referrals had been made, I was told that the referral terms had changed and that 16 of those referrals would now have to meet additional conditions before my £320 referral amount could be paid.

What has disappointed me most is not simply the money. I promoted the casino publicly and put my own reputation behind it. I now have to explain to the people I referred that the terms have changed after they joined, which has put me in a very uncomfortable position within my own community.

I also pointed out that two of the original five people I referred have already deposited after receiving their bonuses — one deposited £20 and another deposited £130. From my perspective, that demonstrates that the referrals were genuine and that the promotion was bringing depositing customers to the platform.

I have tried to resolve this directly with the VIP team and have explained my position several times. I was ultimately told that management’s decision is final and that the £320 remains available only if the 16 referrals meet the newly stated conditions.

I respect that the casino can make decisions about how it operates its referral programme. My issue is that I acted based on the information and encouragement I was given at the time, and the conditions were only made clear to me after I had generated the additional referrals.

I am leaving this review because I think customers and affiliates should know about my experience. I am not trying to misrepresent the casino or make claims beyond what happened to me. I simply feel that the way this situation was handled has left me disappointed and has damaged my trust in the platform.

I hope management will reconsider the situation and offer some reasonable goodwill for the time, effort and reputation I put into promoting the casino

I have been with this casino a while now and have wrote previous reviews on how good they are. But I can’t think of any other casino that sends you a gift for being a loyal VIP player. Would absolutely recommend this site to anyone
