Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen, ich denke jeder muss seine eigene Erfahrung sammeln und meine ist durchweg positiv, ein seriöser Anbieter mit guten Bonusprogrammen und bei Gewinnen hatte ich noch nie Probleme bei den Auszahlungen, man muss sich halt die Bedingungen genau durchlesen und auch einhalten, und diese sind aus meiner Sicht auch leicht zu begreifen und auch sehr fair, von daher für mich eine klare Empfehlung für diese Plattform! *y*

These and blindluck are the same scammers request stupids amount of stuff dfor withdrawl and takes then forever to even look at it never accept it. You cant exclude yourself for more thin 1 month at a time wich has to be done by filling out a form 🤣 and sending back wich takes about a week to get finalised scammers avoid at all costs

Horrible casino

Won 2000 and then suddenly had 290. Only allowed to win 300 with bonus.. absolutely a con. Avoid

I deposited more than $600 in one month. After 12 deposits, I gained $3600 and wanted to withdraw. Then they started to require different verifications, including photo of me and my ID. After each verification I tried to withdraw again, and after like 1-2 days waiting they always canceled withdrawal with another verification required. I also had to wager 3x. I completed that too. They could have reqired these in one go...
After I passed every verification steps, they sent an email that they canceled my withdrawal again, and also taken $3600 off my account leaving there $100?? Without any clear reason, or explanation... sending me some shady T&Cs, listing 10 different way of fraud and telling that I did one of them?? The only one did fraud is these thieves. They stole not just my winnings but my $600 that I deposited... Avoid them as far as you can.

I was not at all impressed with this site.
The returns on the games is dismal. I know it is a game of chance .But I play the same game on other sites and this was the worst return ever. Not one random bonus given with £200 spent.

1) First there is no live chat or no option for send emails ( they or they company blocked my communication ways) without explanation or reason.

2) Then i trie to do everything for contact them via New email and i explain them with proves my situation and the only thing they respons are robot copy paste messages as " contact us via tout registered account '

So frustrated for me because this is the only way and i know they are treating me.

3) I won honest the no deposit spins and wagered 68€ from that. Real balance. After i play further and reached 101€ real money.

I depoait before also so i was able for maximum cash out 100€ from no deposit spins. ( I tooked 68€ )

4) First they ler me wait 3 days in the hope i cancel my request ( trick of that companies ) and now they canceled it for a BIG LIE

Never saw this trick . Haha. They have my verified bank card and DEPOSIT method.

And i send of course to that one the withdrawal. And they write me that it my verified banknumber end in *8037 while its *8073

I Know this is a trick of their side 🙂 but its so patetic... As anyone believes that the ' specialist ' of kyc department dont see the difference in a number.

Spinny casino does not allow permanent self exclusion with gambling problems. You can not close the account once you open. Responsible gaming options are super poor. You have to contact support who gets back to you maybe in 24hrs. In the mean time they send you massive amount promotions.
