One of their beautiful dresses, salt and sand dress never received it never got the money back they suck do not order from this company. They are a rip off and they do not send the product

Spinpaper has failed to send a return label for an inferior product. Skip Spinpaper! They never refunded my return.

We received a few items and one quit working after a month, there’s no responses, you can’t get in touch with them at all- no service

They do not even deserve one star only reason I gave one star so I could warn others. The items on web site are not what you will get.

Shoes ordered were not what as advertised. No paperwork included when shipped, much smaller that ordered size, not waterproof as advertised, no size in shoe, not leather. Overall, very poor quality shoe. Definitely a scam.

One star is too much for this retailer. Take my advice, do not purchase anything from them...
I purchased a Watch the head a specific feature to it. They sent me a totally different watch. When I called them out on it. They refused to provide me with the watch that I ordered they wanted me gift it to someone and they'd give me 10% off, Ice stated no, that's not acceptable. It was not my fault. It was the company's fault. They need to make it right, can they come back with? Well, we'll give you 20% off up my next purchase. Again, I said no, not good enough. This was your fault, not my fault. You need to make it right. I even have the receipt and the picture of the watch I ordered which was $80. I told them flat out either provide me. The watch that I ordered or we fund my money. They refuse to do either.
Companies like this from other countries should not be allowed to provide retail. In the United States, they're dishonest.

I wish I could give negative stars. I bought a pair of leather shoes from this site that said that they were for people stuffering from foot pain. What I got in was a VERY poor copy of the shoes advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I emailed them for a refund and have not heard back. I only wish I had looked this company up prior to ordering. I’m out $50. Wish there was something I could do to shut this guy down.

DON’T SHOP or BUY from this company. The company sent me the wrong size . I ordered a women’s size 7 boot. What they sent me was a size 8 man’s boot. They refused to let me return them and won’t return my money. They said “use an insole”. They are a scam.This is their mistake and they refuse to make it right. The name of the person that is listed as the owner is Mett Leo. The company’s real name is Wo Lin (Hong Kong) International Trading Limited. I will continue to post reviews until my money is returned.

Horrible its all fake this is one person and pretend to be big company, what he does is, if you buy something from he website he will buy the product for cheap “remember this guy leave in china” and pretend to be like the product you purchase when is totally the opposite what you see in he website, GET REAL JOB, so stay away from spinpaper is BIG SCAM
Call the federation of trade commission and report spinpaper they the more complain they will shut down this big scam

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering shoes. The shoes were advertised as Apria sandals by Clarks. What I got was two shoddy pairs of sandals that had nothing to do with Clarks. The cloth uppers were stapled together and the velco adjustable heel didn't have enough velcro on it to adjust. Since I read the reviews about other's experiences with terrible refunds and difficulty in contacting the company AFTER placing my order, I didn't even try to return them. I just donated them to Goodwill in the hopes that someone else can get a few days wear out of them. Con artists.

If there's one company I would caution you NOT to purchase anything from its Spinpaper. They know they are terrible and do nothing to improve their unprofessional practices. Read the reviews before buying. My complaint was simple; return wrong size item. Impossible. I'm out $125 USD.

Do not buy stuff from this company. They sell counterfeit Apple Airtag, using one useless/ nonworking serial number on all four Airtags.

They refuse to refund the money or genuine replacement. Watch out.

They should be banned from the platform.

I wish I would have read the reviews first this place is a joke. I told them size was wrong and shoes are nothing like they show on their site. They offered my. 20% refund lol And I would have to pay to return these because I didn’t purchase return insurance. Really never heard of it. I am disputing the charge I hope everyone reads this, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. shoes were wrapped in a plastic bag and shoved in my mail box.

I waited months for a sculpture I knew would be smaller than I thought
BUT when it finally arrived IN A CRUSHED BOX there were NO directions on how to put it together.
Now I am clever about these things because I make jewelry but there is absolutely no way to get the sculpture to look like the picture.
Of course, their phone number is not in service.

So I ordered my item, I have a shipping number. USPS and UPS both use that number but both say nothing is shipped. This is 2 days after my email said it has been shipped. I don't believe this is a legit web site. I have canceled my card, froze my credit. Even if I receive my item at this time this web site will never be used again. They lost my trust!

I ordered the super brown tanning gel. First I received a trial size container of joint and bone therapy instead of the tanning gel and then after filing a complaint with the BBB and posting on social media sites warning people 5 months later I received my product which was not anything like the advertised product! It was not a gel but lotion which did not do as advertised!!it was like someone filled the small container with regular lotion!! Please do not support this company it is a fraud and is ripping people off!!!!! I am glad I did not spend a lot of money and I am making sure that I get as many people as I can to blast this company on social media to stop the from ripping others off! I also have set up an interview with my local media to warn people about this company!!! Please post about this company any where you can and hopefully we can put this thief out of business!!!!!!!!

Clearly should read reviews before I ordered 🥶 I ordered something June 20th and it’s said shipped for a long while but isn’t showing tracking. I haven’t received yet. I was just wondering how long it look for anyone to receive their order? Now I’m nervous reading all the negative reviews. I hope mine comes soon and looks as pictured. It’s supposed to be a gender reveal dress. Looked gorgeous on website.. I’ll update once it actually comes.

Their return policy is tricky! Says if you received wrong size and also says if not to your expectation. I ordered a small but it’s way too small so I wanted to return. They wouldn’t give me an RMA code to return and said it will cost $20 shipping to return. That $20 shipping about is not listed in return info either.
