SO I CONSIDERED THAT IT MAY WORK TO GET OUT OF THEIR VERIFICATION LOOP BY DEPOSITING A FURTHER £20 FROM A CARD HAVING FAILED MISERABLY TO WITHDRAW 4 TIMES PREVIOUSLY HAVING DEPOSITED VIA BANK TRANSFER PROVIDING A STATEMENT CLEARLY INDICATING THE TRANSACTIONS. I ALSO UPLOADED A NEW PROOF OF ADDRESS FROM LOCAL GOVERNMENT (THEY HAD REJECTED MY LATEST UTILITY BILL) PERFECTLY ADEQUATE.. I UPLOADED BOTH SIDES OF MY CARD AND SUPRISE SUPRISE THEY REJECTED IT .. IT HAS NOW BEEN 5 ATTEMPTS AND ALMOST 3 WEEKS OF TRYING

I am trying to get my withdrawal since ten days. Although I had to verify with my ID-Card, Selfie and Addressevidence before I could make the first deposit, casino wants the same verification, and this time it needs so much time that is easy to understand that the casino tries to delay the withdrawals.
Don't play here, stay away!

same as the other reviews. will not payout withdrawal. keep asking for verification details and it takes 3 days every time. i have been in constant contact with them for over a month now and still they keep cancelling my withdrawal telling me my documents are not correct. Stay clear of any website with the name Spinpolo . Scammers
