I requested redemption on Tuesday and today is FRIDAY it says up to 3 business days and we are on business day number 4 and their customer support is complete trash. Zero help just a bunch of BS runaround. Don't play here unless you love waiting a week or more to get paid. We are in 2026 and most of their competitors are with the times and their redeems are instant or within 24 hours

The redemption process is the best around,granted it would be nice to make more than 1 redemption a day if needed.Other than that small issue the redemption is faster than any other online sweeps casino out there,and I have played a lot of different casino's. Playing black jack on spin quest every time I do big hands or when ever I have splits with serious money on the table the game glitches out and blacks out and I get kicked and brought back in with a generic message from their support sorry for the inconvenience and I lose all my money. And they tell me a generic message again and say have I checked my internet connect when I have high speed internet and perfect signal and they never fix their mistakes even their dealers mess up the cards and they dont fix the hands and the game messes up and they never accept accountability they cheat and steal your money. I hear this happens to a lot of other players also not just me we are all sick of spin quest.

Been waiting over a week now for a redemption they claim only takes 2-5 days. Now all the sudden there’s a queue that can also take a few days before it even gets processed. Great online casino if you want to wait weeks to get cashed out. Customer service is useless and just reads from a script

I love spin quest. I have won so much money and yet my wins out way my losses. They pay super fast 5 minutes and you have your money after you get it the first time takes 5 and it goes to your bank but after that you put it on debit card you get it with in 5 minutes.

Decent games and quick and easy redemption process as long as you got your bank info in correctly. Maybe the payout is different for everyone with different payout amounts.
