This site is an absolute scam do not put your money on here they will not pay you. I play on a lot of sites this one is by far the worst scam I've ever seen in my life. I only won $175 I turned in my redemption request after being fully verified on their site. I get an email telling me they need to do further verification before they can pay me. They want me to send them a picture of me holding my ID from the front of the ID and a picture of me holding my ID with showing the back of the ID a picture of me holding my bank statement a picture of me holding a utility bill a picture of me holding the card I used to pay with the front of the card and a separate picture showing the back of the card all with me in the picture clearly visible so they want me to take pictures of all this stuff and send it to them talking about this is required by regulations for them to be able to pay me which is a complete lie. Like I said I played on a lot of sites not one time have I had anywhere message me and tell me they needed that stuff from me to get paid. So again do not put your money on this site they will not pay you. Anyone on here saying that they got paid from that site is either lying or they're working for this company or they're getting paid by this company somehow but this company will not pay you do not put your money on here. I mean that just blew my mind talking about they need all these freaking pictures of me.

My story is the same as everyone else is pretty much, seem no right at first had decent really decent coin packages. Had a ridiculous playthrough and then I actually got through and somehow managed to try to cash out with 300 but here I am sitting here waiting for my redemption with all my documents verified and I've even had communication with customer service to where we got everything figured out and I'm supposed to just wait ,there's nothing else I'm supposed to do but just wait I've been waiting for weeks. I had the same issue with the 250 spins they ended up reimbursing me 25 SC so that was cool that's ultimately what I want on but it doesn't matter if I can't ever cash it out. I'm getting so tired of these sites with the unredeemable nonsense. Maybe it's time to start looking to legal options. Better beware, will update if I ever get my redemption

I’ve reached out to customer service but I haven’t even received a ticket via email that they are working on the problem.

Do not use this site. I’ve been waiting over a month for a redemption. They take forever to respond and seem to try to delay you as long as possible. After going back and forth for weeks and sending them tons of identifying info they have not responded to me for the last 10 days as my redemption is stuck on pending. I couldn’t recommend them any less. I will update if anything changes but so far it looks like they are just scamming.

Customer service or shall I say lack of is ridiculous ! I’ve emailed them various times regarding my redemption and when I will be receiving it after being told that due to a high redemption volume, which isn’t my problem, it would be 36-72 hrs.. that was 3 weeks ago and never heard back yet ! I got an attorney involved now as well as the bbb and waiting to hear back from other agencies ( gaming commission, ftc, etc ) meanwhile ! I wouldn’t recommend this platform as it stands with my experience !

put in a redemption for 1250 got declined to my bank 3 times sent in all required documents now trying prepaid card for 1000 and 3 weeks later and still no one has gotten back to me at all about anything and have sent in all my required docs and won’t answer me after asking for them seems like they are a scam and avoid payout will update review if I get paid

Super fun, lots of opportunities to win . Was a bit tough to get my money out but I did leave with my winnings. Customer service is good, account snapshot shows you everything transaction so you can see how you are doing. It was a nice platform.

Been waiting for my redemption since 06/30/2026 and even longer just to get my account verified through the unnecessary process. No reason for a redemption to reach almost 2 weeks. Support is not even answering back on my emails.

07/30/2026 Update- Finally received my redemption today. Will give 3 stars since I did get paid however ridiculous redemption times won’t come back.

Made two $50 deposits and saw that there was a playthrough. No big deal. After playing through over $3,000 and only being at 80% it started back over at 4% after I hit a big bonus. This is the biggest scam thing I've ever seen on any platform and every time I think that a platform can't be even more of a scam I run into one just like this. Don't even bother even trying to give this platform a chance it is a waste of time I've been playing on my same two deposits for over 5 hours and still haven't been able to get through the playthrough. I honestly never seen anything like it. Total scam

Been two weeks trying to make a redemption. All that happens is it get cancelled and then no explanation why. I’ve sent 10 emails to support and have gotten zero response in 6 weeks of trying . I’ll update this to 5 stars once it goes through.

After many requests to have support contact me about my redemption and no replies, I find myself today being blocked from the platform. This, my fellow players, is how the SpinsAmerica platform takes care of their customers. Consider yourselves warned.

There has been no response from support as to when I can expect my redemption despite several emails on my part. I am hoping that they will do the right thing. I will continue to update.

As soon as I posted update #3 I received an email from support claiming increased redemption volumes and “We expect processing to be completed within the next 36–72 hours.” It has been 72 hours since the email but 16 days since my redemption request and still I do not have my winnings. I will keep updating this review until this is resolved. It didn’t take them 16 days to take my purchases of coins so that I could play on their platform.

As of today, there has been no communication from support as to when I am to receive my redemption. It sits in my account with “pending” attached to it. It’s been seven days since I asked for my winnings. I get the “complete” validation, but once that process has finished and you notify the person of such, give them the money. I received an email this morning (7/8/26) stating that I was now fully verified (after taking pictures of my documents and me holding each document) and my redemption was being processed but it was going to take some time to be reviewed. I will update again when I have received my redemption.

Within 15 minutes of posting my review I received an email from support telling me that I needed to submit more documentation to complete my verification. I have completed that submission within an hour (it takes awhile to gather all the documentation requested) and am now waiting for a reply.
**BEWARE*** If there was a zero star option I would pick it. I had a $700 redemption denied on July 4th with no explanation. The denial was almost instantly done within hours after submission. Keep in mind I am completely verified. I wrote an email to support asking why and there’s been no reply. I went and tried to redeem $600 of it and it is sitting there with no action on it. The only thing I got was the exact email as the first time telling me that my request was received and they are working on it. They are taking people’s money with no problem but when it comes time to payout they are not following through. It’s there a law against that? Maybe it’s time for a class action suit.

The support isn’t answering my redemption is being processed but everytime I go onto the site it’s stating I’m using a vpn n it’s blocking me I’ve tried on multiple devices on multiples WiFi’s it works where I’m located and was working okay for days…..my friends are having the same vpn bug with the site…..need help with support redemption and site!!

Wouldn’t recommend even though this is my 3rd time redeeming from Spinsamerica. First time took 10 days, second time took five days, this time it has been over three weeks that I’ve been waiting for my redemption and this time I only had a gift card or Visa gift card option to redeem to instead of my bank account. This time I am beginning to doubt if I’m going to get my redemption, because I see no reason for a Visa gift card to take this long to approve. If I ever do receive it, I will update this review. Went ahead and gave two stars because I did receive my first two redemptions. However, this is ridiculous, do better SpinsAmerica!

Update: I don’t know if leaving this review put a fire under their butts or what but I got my gift card a couple of hours after posting this.

I recently made a deposit and ended up winning $132 after a ridiculous playthru amount I wasn't even told about. I went to redeem and got an email saying they need all these documents and I can't alter them in any way. Pictures of me holding all these items: ID, debit card front and back, address verication document, bank statement showing the transaction to Spinsamerica. I dont know about anyone else but my statements come at the end of the month. I dont have said statement yet, and won't get it til around June 29th. I spoke to my bank to see if I could get a customized statement and they said no. Has anyone else dealt with this issue. I explained all this in an email to support and asked what I needed to do. Unfortunately replying to me wasn't a priority as they haven't replied to anything I've sent . I did notice that my redemption has been declined. No explanation, no email, no nothing. I wish I had read the reviews before depositing. This is a terrible casino.
