I would like to take the opportunity to thank you personally for doing such a good job. I feel that, where anything was not quite right, the problem was owned by you on behalf of Spirit Energy and resolved efficiently and effectively; thank you.

Thanks to Alpar (and his installation team) and Matt the electrician. They were quick and professional, but also friendly and helpful, taking time to explain things.

Kept fully up to date with whole process of installing solar panels and Tesla batteries. Tesla batteries were installed 4 months after solar panels due to supply issues beyond Solar Energy's control. In both cases installation carried out quickly and efficiently.

Solar PV and Powerwall Installation July 2023

We would like to thank you and your team involved in the recent solar panel and Powerwall installation on our house. We were kept well informed from the initial enquiry, the clear and concise quote, through to the surveys and occasional phone calls and emails prior to work starting on site.

The scaffolders had quite a challenge bridging our neighbours utility room and they made a good job of it. The following teams carried out very tidy installations with very little disruption to us, which is not easy as we were around all of the time.

It was a real bonus that the Powerwall could be installed at the same time as the solar panels and much earlier than we expected.

The handover documents were issued promptly at the end of the work. From past experience, over many years this is something rarely achieved.

We have had a solar PV and battery system designed and installed by Spirit Energy.

Spirit have been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout my solar journey.

Spirit didn't just throw whatever they had lying around on the roof and run. They designed a system around my needs, and installed it all as quickly as they could.

Parts delays and availability did slow things a little, but that's outside Spirit's control, and when they arose they did offer alternatives that might be available quicker.

When it came to fitting the team sent were just as helpful and approachable as the sales team, working to solve problems that arose and discuss solutions as we went. They left everything working, and carefully explained to me how it all worked, and how to use it.

There's nothing I could ask more of Spirit, any delays/problems have been outside of their control.

Great communication from start to finish. I was quoted and installed a 6kwhp solar system and Tesla Powerwall. All installed to high levels of workmanship and great knowledge of the products and applications of them. Nothing was too much and always quick to answer any queries. Would recommend to all who want a high spec, high quality system and install. Thank you.

We chose Spirit Solar for our 2nd set of solar panels to be installed at our commercial premises. They communicated well, were extraordinarily helpful and came up with a good price.

I am happy to have chosen Spirit Energy to install our PV solar and battery storage system. Having researched and obtained quotes from several companies I was impressed by Spirit’s very detailed and informative website and later by the helpful and unbiassed technical advice provided by Tok Charles. Spirit was not the cheapest (nor as it happens the most expensive) of several quotes, but I was more confident of a satisfactory outcome having discussed the various options with a technical expert rather than the more usual salesperson.

We are extremely satisfied both with the look and performance of the PV solar installation itself – the Powerwall battery is on long lead time but due to follow shortly - and with our overall experience of Spirit Energy. All the teams and individuals involved have been efficient and courteous, and all work has been completed on time and with close attention to detail. The overall impression is of a company working to maintain quality and high standards.

Our project manager Sarah has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable and efficient, she has kept us fully informed of progress and has always been on hand to quickly sort out queries or changes and to make sure that we are happy with what is being provided. The result is that the project has run smoothly and on time.

I recommend Spirit Energy to anyone seeking to install PV Solar.

Ok - I am willing to retract my statements made prior as Visham from Spirit really went OUT OF HIS WAY to help and make undone all that transpired through the last 3 weeks . Thanks Visham and yes - they tried their absolute best . They even saw to the appointment of a 3 rd party to assist and solve the issue . Solar working again - sun shines - and smiles as they should be .

We've had an 8kW (flat) rooftop solar array, EV charger and battery (powerwall) installed recently.
The communication with Spirit Energy has always been excellent, clear and responsive.
The pre-installation side of things (surveys, paperwork etc.) all seemed thorough, which gave us confidence that we had selected a decent company.
The installation work too was friendly, efficient, thorough - and tidy (for example with cabling carefully routed and hidden as best is possible, which was important to us).
Most importantly, it all seems to have been working well, with no problems so far.
All-in-all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spirit Energy.

The team at spirit energy have been great from the start. We have a flat roof which meant we need planning permission, structural survey etc! Most other companies said we would need to get that ourselves where as spirit managed the whole process. The information provided at each stage was really complete and helpful. We did have to wait a long time for the installation due to their large amount of work, which was a little frustrating bit they were clear throughout about the waiting times. It has been well worth the wait as the work has been done well.

The Powerwall 2 is a brilliant product and with the Tesla Gateway should provide the most efficient use of solar power. Not sure I have fully understood how it all works yet though!

Just had my second Tesla powerwall fitted by Spirit energy along with the gateway 2. If there were 10 stars ⭐️ I’d give this company them. The electrician who did our install was very thorough and professional indeed a credit to this very reliable company. They have now install both my powerwalls and that has to say something. Would certainly recommend Spirit Energy to anyone, perhaps not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. That was a lesson I learned when another company installed my solar panels and when problems appeared they disappeared. Certainly not the case with Spirit Energy.

I am absolutely delighted with the solar, battery storage and EV charger installation project that was specified, planned and managed by the team at Spirit. Great communication and subject matter knowledge was demonstrated by everyone I dealt with. Also the hardware was sourced in super quick time, during a period of supply chains challenges.

Spirit Energy did a very professional and value for money service in fitting a 3 kWp system to my garage roof. I employed my own roofers for this in-roof system and Spirit Energy worked seemlessly with this separate contractor. Very pleased with the system, which generated over 3000 kWh in 2022.
