I love the jackets. They are soooo unique and fun and fuzzy♡ I always get compliments when i wear my red velvet wolf coat.
I own 3 of the jackets and they are all beautiful and luxurious.
The only thing ive not been liking lately is that theyve been using AI photos in their emails(newsletter) and some of their product photos are also ai for somereason. I disapprove of the AI photos/art.
Everything about spirit hoods is great!
Warmer than any other winter coat I own and I shop for warmth. It is kind of like a weighted blanket as a jacket.
I just wanted to give this company a shout out for their excellent customer service. We had an issue with a gift that we got our brother-in-law, and they went out of their way to make it right and I really appreciate it. These days it’s really hard to find customer service where you feel like you’re actually listening to and we’re you’re not just talking to AI who doesn’t care about your experience. Thank you very much!
Hands down the best coat I’ve ever owned. It’s stylish, unbelievably warm, even in below-zero weather, and my first one from 2019 still looks amazing. I get compliments every time I wear it. The craftsmanship is outstanding, just make sure to brush it regularly. I finally ordered a second one today only because I let the elbows wear out by skipping maintenance. I’m so excited for the new one to arrive!
I was searching for a unique hoodie and came across this company. From the moment I clicked purchase it was an amazing experience. The people were so helpful and available when I asked questions. When the product came in the mail, I could not believe the amazing quality it’s top notch. Not sure why some people don’t leave good reviews for this company, but they deserve five stars. I am so happy with my purchase and I’m going back for more!!
Quality faux fur for products that last! I have bought 3 coats, one hat & one bunny keychain from a his company and absolutely adore my furry collection. I like to buy items here for my son’s girlfriend. Shipping sometimes takes a while, but I’ve never had any problems with not getting what I ordered or receiving the wrong items. The quality is amazing and the coats are warm! Sizes run large by one size. The sale prices are always available. Trust this site!
Company doesn't post real reviews. They block them from actual buyers.posted an honest review of multiple items bought and they never put them on their website. Will Trustpilot do the same?

It looks like the issue may have been that your review was submitted under an email that doesn’t match the one used for your order. Unfortunately, our system can only verify reviews from the same email associated with a purchase, to prevent publishing feedback from spam etc.
Additionally, the post-holiday season is our busiest time, and while we strive to resolve all customer inquiries quickly, our response times may be slightly longer between October and January (it’s tough competing with Amazon’s speed!). That said, we see that our team did respond to your request and offered an exchange, but the item had already been gifted by that time.

Top quality products from SpiritHoods! As expected with the high price tag.
Ordered a blanket from there and was surprised how soft, fluffy and high quality it looks. There’s a button so you can wear the blanket as a poncho / wrap and a pocket to put your phone or whatever in.
Only down fall is price - very, very expensive so you can’t just buy several products at once (unless money doesn’t matter). I do feel the products are quality to suit the price, reason why I haven’t selected 4 star.
Would highly recommend SpiritHoods if price doesn’t shock you.
P.S - Their robes looks soooo cosy
My boyfriend got me the turquoise blanket with the wolf fur and I love the look and feel of it but it sheds more fur than my dog. I have that fur EVERYWHERE in my bedroom. Sticks to everything.
I had no issues with Spirithoods.com OFFICIAL website. Avoid the opposite, Spirithoods US. They aren't on trustpilot yet but I intend to let people know they are a scam. If you want spirithoods make sure it is the official website. I got a beautiful soft animal robe I love that's heavy and warm within 2-3 days. Spirithoods US which comes up on Google is a copycat from Hong Kong that will rip you off for your money, charge extra than what they tell you, then send you the wrong product. Trustpilot please add Spirithoods US on here so people know as well. I'm in the process of disputing the transaction with my bank.
They don’t respond to emails. I have sent it back the items with their prepaid return label but after I shipped it back they stopped responding me and they haven’t refunded me $388…:(

We have an extended return window that we offer customers during the holiday season and as we explain through out our website the post holiday shopping and returns window is very busy and we cannot process everyone right away.
