First off I have always loved Jeffrey's energy and calm presence and when I got the chance to learn something more not only from Jeffrey but also his wife, I took it.
Their energy, the kind of groundedness, softness and acceptance that both of them bring to the class are amazing. I have learnt not to take my material mind too seriously, relax and connect with my spirit mind and be more aware about both.

I absolutely LOVE what I learned in the Spirit Mind class and it has - I know it's a cliche - but for real changed my life! I used to be quite bossy and bitchy but after the program I have realized that that is just moya-moya and I now know how to handle it and stop anger and irritation from spreading in the world. I have studied all kinds of things prior to this - I have been in Jeffrey Allens words - a spiritual junkie - always looking for the next workshop/guru to give me the answers I was looking for. With Hisami and Jeffrey I understood that I do not need more workshops or gurus. I have the answer and my daily life is my classroom. I am at peace with my life and even with the crazy world around us! (They crazy people are hurting and in pain and are just spreading that in the world and the true antidote is to not spread it further but to see the pain they are suffering from and to have compassion for them instead of being p-offed). Long story short: Take the class! Heal! Help the world heal and find peace, too!

Jeffrey & Hisami Allen make it super simple to understand everything. You will find a lot of simple and practical tool/exercises that you can use in your every day life.
All other courses focus on brain and I loved that this course was including energy/feeling/intuitive teachings.

Jeffrey and Hisami’s Spirit Mind program is my absolute go to when it comes to calming my mind and continue on my spiritual journey! Both Jeffrey and Hisami are genuine people, they exude light and kindness. The whole course has a softness with clarity, which encourages exactly that towards oneself and others. I believe if the whole world took on the breath of love, we would have a peace never before known. The harshness and unkindness of others, in particular world leaders, used to really rattle my cage I would wish all kinds of harm to them so they would cease harming the innocents in our world. Now I wish them peace and send love, Spiritmind has helped me see that by putting more anger into our world that is what is spread, so the opposite must apply if we put out more love and kindness surely that is what we spread.
