I received my piece today. I found it a little disappointing that it was a resin and not glass. It's my fault for not reading the description thoroughly. If I would have known it was resin, I would have gone with something else.

Communication was timely. No issues with sending ashes or receiving remaining ashes. Packaged well. I've had my ring for about 2 weeks now with zero issues(no discoloring, loose parts, fits perfectly). The ring looks nice and exactly what I wanted. Very trustworthy.

Due to our moving date in June, we contacted customer service to check on our order status to ensure things were on schedule. They kindly contacted the artist and had the order expedited for an earlier delivery. We just received the sleeping cat figurines! Terrific customer service and lovely figurines by Josh--we will cherish these!

David was very kind and considerate in assisting us with our purchase. We are pleased with the care taken in creating our spirit pieces. I highly recommend them. Our pieces are beautiful, and they have wonderful customer service.

I cannot say enough great things about this company and its creators. David C. Was our artist and he did the most amazing job with our precious dog Luna's ashes. The shipping and communication was fast and amazing! The pendant we selected turned out amazing and I'm so happy to finally have my baby back with me and on my heart at all times. The artist was able to get my piece to me very quickly. My piece contains both my mother and fathers ashes, which I'll be giving to my daughter for her College Graduation. It looks fantastic and I can't wait to give it to her! Thank you Spirit Pieces

I wasn’t really “shopping” when I was looking on the website. But, “green; amethyst; sterling silver” caught my eye… I ordered it after I read the ad. I got the kit several days later; dropped it at the post office to my artist in Austin the next day. Received an email it had been received by the artist & I should have it by 6 weeks…
My favorite day is St Patrick’s day! And, my son always did BIG for me on March 17th & this year was no exception-cuz I got my gorgeous ring!! Thank you Spirit Pieces!!

This company not only makes beautiful memorial bracelets they have a great customer service. I ordered my bracelet and I ordered the wrong size I got in touch with the company and they arranged for me to send it back and get it made smaller. And when they sent it back it was perfect and the way they boxed and wrapped it was beautiful. They do care which is very rare these days.

This company thrives on taking advantage of grieving families. The dogwood tree is super expensive for the cheaply made disappointing item you actually receive. Definitely not like pictures . Total RIP off!! The sun catcher was broke when we received it . The urn necklace so cheaply made it broke while screwing it closed!! However the ring and hummingbird was very nice.

Spirit Pieces did an absolutely beautiful job on my ash infused pieces. They were faster than they said. But the pieces were so well made. Thank you for making a difficult time in our lives a little easier and a lot more beautiful

I ordered a flower paperweight containing my Mum’s ashes. It arrived today and I was totally blown away with how incredibly beautiful it is. They encourage using ups and fedex to ship ashes which is illegal. The “experts” in this industry don’t even know the rules and regulations, this is all on their site to use other people outside usps?! I don’t understand why I can’t leave a normal review anywhere for this company it’s all hidden and edited by this company on their site. No Google page, no yelp. Bad bad experience. When you do further digging you see real reviews on outside sites about them!
