Amazing place and perfect for my martial arts action film - Jen was totally awesome. She so helpful with everything we needed. For sure I will use it again for my next project.

I had an amazing experience, the purchase was hassle free, the host was great and the space was very accommodating and had more than enough space for my video shoot. The restroom was clean and there was ample parking in front.

The option to edit the booking (when the guests would like to change the date or the hours) without having to contactcustomer support would be nice.
Also, it looks like uptading the availabilities in the calendar doesn't actually block the times that aren't available, and guest can still send a booking request for an non-available time. That'd be great if it greyed out the time and made it anavailable for booking.
Other than that, good experience doing business with Splacer!

As a busy business owner, their platform has a lot of work to be done until it is convenient and efficient enough. I barely get to accept bookings on their platform. The navigation isn't the best, nor is their ease of booking

Two issues:
It takes forever to get paid after the event.
Two, your percentage is too high.

I don’t have a big problem with spacer. I just wish they had a customer service Phone number so I can talk to a human being if I have any issues.

Splacer was easy to use, but setting up payment was timely.

Horrible!! Absolutely Horrid experience!!

Splacer is horrible platform that doesn’t take ANY responsibility or even attempt to assist you in the case when something goes wrong. One of the reason is: ANABELLE DENAUT, her being a “success” manager truly shows how inadequate the platform is. I’ve spent weeks trying to explain to her my situation to only be ignored and with my emails not even read. Mind me the issue occurred because of Splacer!

What happened is that I did a booking with them and selected specific time frames for my film shoot. Yet, the owner wasn’t even given the contract that Splacer created between us. So the owner wants to charge me twice of the price I already paid without us having stayed over the time of time frames selected. It was supposedly a glitch in Splacer platform that initially didn’t charge me for certain hours I selected— but how was I supposed to know that?

Now Splacer is not willing to take responsibility for having created a fraudulent contract and I have to pay half of the location price outside of the pocket.

Do not book through them! Better contact the owners directly than have these careless extremely inadequate people make your contracts that will screw you over in the end.

(I’ve never posted a bad review in my life, but I truly want to save other productions from financial failure that these scammers can bring upon you)

Splacer is a wonderful site for filmmakers to find and secure locations with great ease and at affordable rates.

Splacer has helped me to find the best place that Im really looking for! Had spent a lot of time in the interning looking through highs & lows, but never really find the exact place that I envisioned for my party. Places are either too far (from my place), too big (for small gathering) & will be too expensive(beyond my set budget). Only Spaceler had showed the place that I really wanted. So thank you splacer !
