I ended up with a nice logo but they can't stop calling me and harrasing me for upsales and upgrades. I regret choosing this company.

After 3 tries the designer done a good…
After 3 tries the designer done a good job with the logo.I paid $35,then $90,then found out after 9pm on 9-16-24 from Alan via text message that I had to pay an additional $199 Instantly for copyright. This was not told to me in the beginning by Kevin or any of the others at Basecamp! I like the logo but I don’t want it anymore now because of hidden cost at the end! They can have the $125 that I paid and I will do business with someone locally.I wasn’t prepared for this hidden cost

Hidden costs
The designs were good. I was quoted a price and then found out, after i payed them,I had to pay an additional $299 for copyright. This was not told to me from the beginning. I felt trapped or loose my initial investment.

They did a fine job on my logo but we're very pushy about selling me I copyright and a website. They would call and text constantly it was very annoying

Great Logo! Additional cost👎🏻
They did a great job on the logo but I thought it would be one price and then when completed they would not release the files until I had it copyrighted by them. They need to be alittle more upfront when they sell you a package that it will cost more once completed because of the copyright and trademark cost. Ill give them 4 stars for the actual logo, but they lose a star because of how pushy they became in the end.
