I wouldn't call Splitty a scam but I'd def scram from using them again. I used Trivago to identify a hotel and it directed me to Splitty. I was looking at 5 days at the Radisson Blu in Aruba. Splitty "split" the 5 days into two separate reservations in order to avoid the weekend rate for all 5 days. Well, the first reservation went without a hitch. I called the Rad and it was confirmed. Thankfully, I had tried, before flying to Aruba, to see the second confirmation and couldn't find anything. No text or email. But I could see the Splitty charge on my credit card. The Splitty site itself could not confirm the second reservation (almost $1k). So I just filed a complaint with my credit card company to get the full refund. Splitty will not answer the phone. They go silent after the transaction. I would NOT use this company again regardless of how great a deal you might be getting...cuz you get what you pay for.

The customer service is horrible

The customer service is horrible. They do not help you on refunds for trips your trying to cancel due to Mexican Cartel.
I had 1 customer service representative name Merial who quoted me $1800 for a hotel then charged me a little over 1900 without my consent. I confronted her on it and she even admitted it was her mistake ( I have the text message to prove it) she still could not make the price adjustment when it was her fault.
I had asked to speak to a supervisor and all i get is the run around about we will send you and me about our refund department. No one from the refund department has contacted me personally to handle this matter. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this website, customer service not taking ownership for their mistakes and making it right for the customer. They do not put the needs of their customers first. Do not book any hotels from this website. All they do is take your money, do not help you with refunds or price descripsances.

Every time I ask for manager or supervisor they are in a meeting never to call back l. Today the lady "sarah" i believe hung up on me after saying she can't help.Worst booking business,do not give them your hard earned money.Scam Scam Scam

Update to my previous post here. Do not use Splitty to book anything. Called in November to correct an error. Never received so much as a”sorry but we are not going to help you”. Absolute radio silence. Stay far away

Horrible service - can't get my refund processed

Horrible service. Been working for 3 weeks to get a refund and keep getting the run around. Can't speak to anyone, they just say to wait for an email but can't tell me how long I have to wait. I will never use this site again and recommend you don't either.

Bin echt fassungslos, wie so ein Service existieren kann.

Terrible

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I can’t say that enough. Tried to book online 3 times with 3 different cards, error messages each told me to call the customer service number. So I spent 40 minutes or more without exaggeration. It finally took my payment and said I would receive the final confirmation number via email. The email came and said that there was a technical error and the reservation didn’t complete. In the end I just paid the hotel directly. Don’t waste your valuable time and effort with this horrible company. Not to mention much frustration. Now I have to hope my money gets refunded? The company can improve by going out of business.

Poor service, do not book from them. Customer service is fraud. Keep on asking your personal data and have no access to any thing. In the end they don't know any thing and will only say we have forwarded your information to relevant department. Clueless even about your booking confirmation number. Primary hotel even said they have no booking with my name or with this company.

Aspetto il rimborso per una stanza da mesi. Avevo prenotato al Luciano al porto boutique hotel di Malta a novembre. Quando arriviamo la camera odora va fortissimo di muffa. Io sono asmatica era INVIVIBILE per me. La receptionist di che che purtroppo non ha altre stanze e dispiaciuta si propone per rimborsarci il pagamento sulla carta.
Mesi dopo nessun rimborso e nessuna risposta ne dalla piattaforma ne dall'albergo!!!
95€ persi. CHE SCHIFO !!!!!

Scammers with plausible cover

I booked a room thru splitty on google maps, i never selected a date, assuming it would be scheduled for that night as that is what was input on google
maps. They booked it for a month out. i never chose those dates. Went on a wild goose chase and was on hold for half an hour only to be told "theyll fix it and call you back". they never called but i got an email from an AI saying "we have a strict no refund, no amend policy". i dont think this is a legitimate company at all, rather a scam with a plausible cover.

Non-existent customer service

Non-existent customer service; the phone is answered by a bot that opens a ticket they never respond to. Highly discouraged.

December 6, 2025: They responded to me after more than four days (4 days and 9 hours to be exact) without even reading my ticket, an automatic response. I reiterate my advice not to trust this company.

Please read full message! Please do not use these folks. For 3 1/2 months I use these people no problems. I use the same person every time. Today is November 30 and these folks cost me a whole lot of money. The guy sent me a link to pay for my hotel reservation in Pensacola and it was for November 30 check out on December 7. It is going to be an eight month stay. So I paid for it. My email confirmation was Saturday, November 29 to December 6. I was on the phone over three hours with these folks. They would not fix the dates on it and I got all the way down here to check into my hotel. Thinking that I still had six nights absolutely not! Before I even knew that there was really a problem they had already put me down as a no-show and basically I lost over $400 because I am not going to pay an additional $50 for it to be refundable when I’m going to be staying here and I know that I do not need the money refunded. I have all communications. I have the original link that had the correct date on it. I have all documentation. And none of that matters these folks will not return my phone call. I am out over $400 plus I had to pay for a different hotel just to be able to work. Do not use these people. All you do is get the runaround and I absolutely am going to put this on every single platform that there is this is not right this is people’s livelihood. I lost more than some people make in a week. Nothing about that is right.

luring you into their system and then cancel

They had an amazing offer on google hotel search for a stay in Stuttgart / Germany. But shortly after booking they came back with an email: "sorry, we are regretting, that due a technical issuee...bla bla bla", offering me a 5 % discount on my next booking.
So, I tried again and voila: same BS: "sorry, we are regretting, that due a technical issuee...bla bla bla".
Now hoping my credit card funds will be reimbursed.
Never again - rather pay some more, to avoid this spam.

Splitty & Holisto are a BIG SCAM

Splitty aka Holisto is a BIG SCAM.
I was scammed a few days ago.
Initially, I booked my family trip with them (a trip that never existed) and below you’ll understand why.
The FBI needs to get them for ripping people off with their bogus advertising and false bookings.
I have booked with them and even protected my booking in the event I have an emergency.
It so happened that I had a family emergency and a home disaster and they failed to refund my money when I requested a refund.
They make up these bullshit terms of agreements and when you call their Customer Service line you are sent on a wild goose chase around “Timbuktu”. They charge you hidden fees and then behind your back, cancel your trip without your knowledge and disappear with your money.

I repeat Splitty and Holisto are scammers and I was scammed. They failed to return my money. And I don’t want others to ever experience this.
Please do NOT BOOK with THEM.
I want the FBI to investigate them:
•Splitty
• Holisto

Really good experience

Really good experience, booked tickets for a chain hotel in the UK was a bit concerned having read all the reviews about how people had had problems with this company so I called up the hotel beforehand to check they had my booking which they did. Checked in fine all good, room exactly as described. Probably a matter of this company being great unless you have an odd booking or something goes wrong.

Fraudulent and Untrustworthy Platform!

My experience with Splitty was an absolute nightmare. The platform blatantly engages in false advertising, promoting a hotel as a “4-star property” when the hotel’s official website makes no such claim. This deliberate misrepresentation directly misled me into booking.

The problems were serious and unacceptable:

False Advertising: Fabricated star ratings to trick customers.

Zero Accountability: When confronted, the platform completely denied responsibility.

Terrible Customer Service: Support was dismissive, unhelpful, and only tried to delay instead of resolving the issue.

This is not a minor mistake — it is outright deception and fraudulent behavior. Consumers reasonably rely on star ratings as an industry standard, and Go Splitty knowingly abused that trust. Without this fake “4-star” claim, I would never have chosen this hotel.

I demand a full refund and strongly warn others to stay away from Go Splitty. Any company that operates through lies and fraud will ultimately collapse.

Warning: Do NOT book with Go Splitty — this is an unreliable, deceptive, and fraudulent platform!

Wish I read the reviews before clearly a scam.

I had paid for Holiday Inn via their platform to find out they never transferred the money over to Holiday Inn so ended up paying twice for the stay.

The contact centre is beyond useless they just take your details and no response at all.

This happened with me with BOOKING.COM all are the same the operaters that they hire are from the far East ,all are crooks.The agent that you talk to he is overseas,he will forward your call to another company claiming to recover your charges but you have to pay a fees...THE BEST IS STOP THE CHARGE CARDS.INFORM THE BANK AND GET A NEW CARD .
