Love this company. High quality products and have never had a contamination issue. I made a mistake with shipping address and Dom was available via telegram within minutes, problem resolved quickly. I’ll never use another uk supplier.

This was my second order and I'm definitely pleased. I got a 1.5kg all in one bag so 0.5kg more than my first bag so I hope it will yield some lovely things. Very good delivery, I got 24 hour royal mail and it arrived the next day. Good quality bags. I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Humidity bags are a great addition and help in the fruiting process immensely. Thank you.

i hate to leave a negative review but....
i hate to leave a negative review but i really wanted this to go well. so i hope this is read by the company and taken as constructive criticism.
i bought this, "inject and forget" kit as i am a complete beginner to all of this. silly me, i didn't read it properly and didn't realise that it wasn't going to come with the spores (or whatever). i did say i was a beginner.... no problem, i just figured i'd write to them and ask what they recommend to do next. i was happy to buy from them, of course.
but i've heard absolutely nothing back. so for £20 i've got basically a bag of dirt and nothing to do with it. they don't respond on the usual social media channels (although going by the pictures they seem quite active), and only have a handful of followers, so it doesn't fill me with hope.
someone who doesn't appear to have anything to do with the company was helpful on one of their social media pages, and said they might respond on... another social media platform (i can't remember which, but it's one i don't use anyway). i would have thought that they would at least be checking their emails, after all, they got notification of my order.
the website says they do accept returns within 14 days and i'm about a week into that now, but it doesn't say how or where to return it to.
