EVERTON V SPURS

Booked Everton V spurs and a 2 night stay in the Raddison Red liverpool. i was a bit sceptical as most people will be, i was worried i turned up to the hotel and it wasnt booked or my tickets wouldnt work when i went to the game. all went smooth and the hotel was really nice.

Used for the first time for the Spurs…

Used for the first time for the Spurs Doncaster game and absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Great communication throughout and great seats!

We’re not long back from monza, had an amazing time and was all down to these guys, James and Natasha were with us along the way which made our experience stress free.
All pick ups and arrangements were on time and the reps were fantastic. Hotel was lovely. I’m not F1 follower but got this trip for my husband’s 60th birthday and sportsbreak staff made me feel comfortable and confident with the whole experience.

Absolutely blinding!!

Absolutely blinding!!! Went to old Trafford to watch United through sports breaks, with an over night stay, all very easy, no issues at all with hotel booking or getting the tickets from United, will definitely use again!!

Epic fail

Tried to use sportsbreaks.com yesterday on the day of the Premiership schedule announcement, had tickets in my basket for the game I wanted and your website went down. Called you and was promised help which never materialised. When your website came back up that game was sold out. Very disappointing service.

Think TWICE before using sportsbreak.com

I contacted sportsbreak.com via a link from the Chelsea website, who stated that they were their “official travel partner”. I was looking to go to Wroclaw for the Europa Conference Cup final, and although it was more expensive than scheduled flights at that time, I liked the idea of being escorted to and back from the stadium by CFC officials, so I enquired. The only proviso was that I had to get a ticket via the club, which was no problem.
Later that day (15 days prior to the final) I received an email from Sportsbreak, stating that “YOU ARE GOING TO Wroclaw”. I received nothing else thereafter, until 5 days prior to the final.
In the meantime I booked two nights at a hotel near Luton airport, as it was an early flight on the day of the game, returning in the early hours of the next day plus I was travelling from Cornwall!
On Friday May 23rd I received another email from them saying that my application for the trip had been denied due to “first come first served” and So I had to make my own way, they did tell me that there were still plenty of flights, and hotel rooms available, but in the ten days I waited for my updated details (or so I thought) the prices for both the flights and hotels had nigh on tripled!
I contacted them to complain but they were not really interested, doubling down on their “decision” to deny me a seat on the flights.
I will be contacting the Club soon to inform them of my experience, with their preferred travel partner, not to mention the £700 extra it cost me to travel and stay in Wroclaw because of their ineptitude.
Please think TWICE before booking any trips with this totally unprofessional outfit!

Booked an in out flight to Bilbao for…

Booked an in out flight to Bilbao for the Europa league final, started with a 3 hour flight delay and ended with a 3 hour wait for a coach pick up, this was the most disorganised event I’ve ever experienced. No one had any idea what they were supposed to do and staff kept regurgitating it was eufa who were to blame. It cost £899 and if I had paid £8.99 it would have been poor value for money

Awful customer service, lost £899, changed airport, I suggest you do not use SportsBreaks they're incompetent & nasty.

I booked a flight to Bilbao for the Europa League Final. Due to a family illness, I tried to reassign the flight to another Spurs fan (he has a ticket via the UEFA app), but they wouldn't; there was no explanation other than their terms allowed them not to assist. They don't care about customers and seem to delight in my frustration. The flight has changed from Southend to Stansted! I'm not surprised at all by the negative feedback.
Regarding the FB at 14.30, I just wanted to reassign the flight. There's no point in complaining when a firm has no ethics. I suspect they've sold my seat again; I wonder if the flight will change from Southend to Stansted to Luton.

Stressful

We made a booking back in December for the Man Utd v West Ham game.
Nightmare trying to get the tickets!
We actually managed to get them about an hour before kick off!
Wasted loads of time trying to sort things out! Very stressful experience!

Incredible poor customer service

We booked a Liverpool game which was rearranged, I only received one email regarding this asking me if I wanted to change the dates of my hotel. Yet I have received several emails regarding my payments. I contacted them for support sorting my hotel booking but got sorry can't help that's out policy. Incredibly poor customer service and I will certainly not be booking again with you.

First time using this company

First time using this company and definitely will again. Booked tickets for Premier League darts in Brighton. Great hotel, great table seats together and all effortless on my side. Brilliant service.

This guys suck a lot

This guys suck a lot. They’ve literally robbed me when i was forced to cancel my journey because they take 20% if trip is cancelled. That’s a lot. I will try to avoid them next time i need to attend a sports event in UK.

Great trip

Great trip. Had an issue with my ticket being recalled. Got onto the emergency helpline and they sorted it out straight away. Amazing seats and seated together. 5 stars.

Would never ever recommend this…

Would never ever recommend this company, customer services is non existent. My son booked a Hospitality Package for the ManUtd vs Crystal Palace match staying at a hotel in Manchester for 2 nights pkg costing £1,200 not cheap. Sportbreaks failed absimally regarding the issuing of the tickets the match is on Sunday, as of 2pm today (Thursday) despite numerous emails/phone calls still awaiting the electronic tickets. In the end I had to contact ManUtd directly to find out what was going on. They couldn’t do enough for me and within 5 minutes on the phone my tickets arrived electronically. Why on earth didn’t Sportbreaks do this for me, after all my contract was with Sportbreaks not ManUtd. DISGRACEFUL service!!

Match tickets are issued 3-5 days before the game, and our Fulfilment Team issued these on Friday 24th January before 12 noon. All match ticket re-issue requests were sent to the club on Wednesday 29th January, so I'm keen to know why you didn't receive your match tickets.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Sportsbreaks.com! We booked the hospitality package for Manchester City vs Chelsea, and everything was exceptional from start to finish.

The food in the hospitality suite was excellent, and the service was top-notch – the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were even treated to a live singer in the suite, which really added to the atmosphere.

As for the match itself, the seats were unbeatable – 2nd row from the front! It made for such an unforgettable experience, being so close to the action.

Thank you to Sportsbreaks.com for organising such a brilliant package. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future!
