Came across this site when looking for a new pair of running shoes. I noticed they were the best price around so thought I would give them a go. The trainers arrived with next day delivery which was free of charge which I was already thrilled about but the service only got better from there. I didn’t get on with the style of trainer that I’d ordered so phoned and asked to exchange for a different model, this was absolutely not an issue at all, I sent them back that day and within 48 hours my new pair had arrived. At this point I was a nightmare customer because I now needed to size up in the new model. Phoned them up again and again my request was not a problem. Again, within 48 hours I had my new trainers and luckily it was 3rd time lucky!
I can not fault the service I received and will definitely be shopping here again in the future for my next set of trainers.
Would absolutely recommend Sportstore if you are looking for great prices and an even better service.

Usually use another sports shoes website but stumbled across this one. Excellent price for trainers, next day delivery. I'd ordered the wrong size, exchange sorted with no issues. Would definitely use again.

Ordered some trainers, got them the next day and realised that the colour wasn't quite what I was expecting. So I used the contact details on the handy leaflet within the packaging, phoned them up and got a replacement item ordered.

I had to pay to return the other ones, but expected this.

What I love about this company is that they have a physical shop, with REAL people, not a huge warehouse somewhere with a call centre. So I dealt with an actual person who could advise me what to do next.

The photo of the person on the contact sheet in my packaging was the guy (Charlie) who runs the company, and he was person I spoke to when I called.

I thought that this level of human'ness' (is that even a word?!) was brilliant.

I will be using these guys whenever I can from now on.

Trainers cheaper than anywhere else online, arrived quickly even though it was the period in-between Christmas and New Year. Excellent communication and trainers exactly as described. Will definitely use again really positive experience.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish! I called the shop to check stock before ordering, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful confirming all of the availability. Then, after I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address on the order, they had it fixed within minutes. Order placed around 1pm, and it arrived by 10am the next day – amazing service!

For anyone worried about old negative reviews, it looks like there was some confusion with another business using a similar name. Ignore the fake reviews and support this awesome independent shop – they really deserve it!

I have sent emails asking to confirm my order I can not track the order because every time I go into the confirmation e mail it doesn't open it says to many people are using the service refresh that's all day even after midnight it's same

After reading the reviews it seems this store has been confused with another company because I received trainers within 48hrs. The size didn’t fit so contacted customer service and had instant reply . Arranged return in exchange for next size , which was again received within 48hrs . Many thanks

I wanted to write this review asap after receiving my Altra trainers the next day just as advertised - even on a Saturday! Great price, great service - and great not to be giving my cash to a local UK business - ignore the negative reviews - it's clear they have got the company mixed up with another - will be shipping here for my sports gear from now on. Thank you!

Best priced Brooks Adrenalin trainers I found find online.
Excellent service especially as no surcharge for deliveries to Northern Ireland.
Would certainly recommend or use again.

Ordered some new Brooks Trainers from this company. Unfortunately Evri managed to lose them on their way to me. They are still missing !!

A simple email to Sportstore resulted in a new pair being despatched immediately, excellent service recovery IMHO.

I made my order on the 24th of August, I cannot track my order now for 3 weeks, I've now come to the conclusion I've been scammed, So Stay well away people.

I made an order back in July, still waiting, although tracking says it was delivered!!

I used the sportstore.co.uk website to order a pair of running shoes. They arrived mid afternoon the next day as the website suggested they would. I would buy from here again without hesitation.

I was a bit apprehensive at first given the mixed reviews but having considered them it seems quite obvious that there is a scam site using a similar name (but presumably a different web address) and people have put reviews here in error.

Ordered runners on the 11th of August, shows on tracking that they were delivered on the 14th of September, don't know where they went but certainly did not arrive at my house. I contacted the company and they said that it took 30 days for delivery I am now 42 days in and still no runners I think that other people are correct and this is a scam site.

Fantastic and very easy. Ordered around 2pm and it arrived the next morning. Had email confirmation throughout with updates of the delivery. Can’t fault the service. They aren’t local to me but clearly a great independent shop.

2nd order from this company. Again the best price for this model of trainer. Received wrong colour shoes by accident. Next day response to my email and shoes promptly exchanged for correct ones at no cost. Good comms from the company and accurate tracking info. Looking at other reviews it seems a lot of people might be mis-identifying this company when ordering (it is a genuine small sports based in Beccles)

Funny you reply and say you cannot find my name in the system. Iv an order number from you. Maybe you might check again. So far 18 days in transit but can’t follow where it is as the comments are in Chinese

Hello all on trust pilot.
Today i purchased trainers on Facebook sports direct site.
The email I received was from Sports store retail limited.This email has a link to sports direct.
First email was confirming my order then,I received a second email telling me my order was not completed.
Feel like I’m after getting scammed and a bit stupid.
Any advise/help more than welcome.

Just ordered and decided to read the reviews after my purchase... Dumb move....

Really hoping my runners arrive and are as described..🤞
