I strongly regret ordering from SPORTTNE.

I ordered five T-shirts and was extremely disappointed when they arrived. The quality of the prints is absolutely terrible. The images are barely recognizable, and the shirts look nothing like the products shown and advertised on the website. The difference between the promotional pictures and the actual products is simply unacceptable.

This is NOT a case of “changing my mind” or a personal preference regarding the style, as their customer service claims. I would have no problem keeping the shirts if they actually matched what was advertised. The problem is the extremely poor print quality and the fact that the products I received are nowhere near what I expected based on their website.

What makes the situation even worse is the return process. I was given a return address, sent the package back, and the package was refused by their own recipient. Despite this, I am now being told that I have to pay the return shipping costs myself.

That is an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional way to treat a customer.

Instead of taking responsibility for the quality of the products and the failed return process, they simply hide behind their “custom-made items are non-returnable” policy and call the issue a change of mind.

I will be returning all five T-shirts and expect a full refund of the purchase price once they receive them.

Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend SPORTTNE. The product quality was terrible, the items did not match the advertising, and the customer service and return process have been extremely frustrating.

Think twice before ordering. I certainly will never order from SPORTTNE again.

Destroyed and cut up package, weak costumer support, t-shirt arived but all cut up. They will not send me a new one.

Fairly terrible. Naturally their own reviews are glowing (AI?) but dive deeper and the reality is glaring. This Chinese company (unclear when buying) has awful service (again AI generated?) and outrageously long delivery times. I’m still waiting on an item weeks later with almost no proper communication despite my attempts. Just another disaster capitalist money pit. Avoid!

This website is trash! I needed to exchange shirt size and they wanted me to pay again. They tried to tell me to keep the wrong sixe and just buy a new set of shirts.

Don’t buy from them!

The quality of the print is unfortunately not good and return is impossible or fee-bound. No recommendation from me. The quality of the shirt is fine but with a bad print it is just some tshirt not worth the price

Avoid!! Would Still havent received order over 2 weeks later. No communication. Received all other orders from other companies..but nothing from this lot..looks as though a refund will be on the cards. Wont let them get away with taking my money and receiving nothing 🤬

I Ordered t shirt via instagram link. there is no indication this is based in china on their website even though i tried to check. the size was way too large for a medium so asked to return. was told has to be returned tracked service to china at my own cost. the return shipping cost is disproportionate to the cost of the t shirt. their website does not give any hint of this when you order. AVOID AVOID AVOID
