Spotler, and especially or Account Manager, Lauren Morgan, has made our migration to their system very easy since the start. Communication with them has been great and they have been very responsive and helpful every time we had questions or needed support. They have also provided training, which has helped the team and colleagues familiarise themselves with the tool quicker. Thank you.

Felt like we weren't making enough use out of lead scoring and workflows within our Spotler account, so asked Rhona to run me and my colleague through workflows. We had a call booked in within the week which was free of charge and she has now helped us to elevate our workflow processes and nurture our leads more effectively with the use of lead scoring. Thank you Rhona!

We've been using Spotler for many years and it has become a must-have for us when it comes to creating impactful newsletters. Its simple structure makes it quick and easy to use and reduces our creation time.

I have been using Spotler (previously Communigator) for several years and would thoroughly recommend them. I have always found the platform to be super-easy to use, progressive, and very well maintained.

For me, one of the most important aspects of having a communications platform is the knowledge that we are in safe hands. Over the years I have asked Spotler for help several times when I have got stuck on something and they are extremely responsive. Usually I get a reply within minutes! Unlike some companies, they have real people on the end of the phone who are always happy to assist.... even when my questions have been quite complex... or seemingly very simple!

It's the people that stand out for me. Kristian and Savina have always been on hand for our queries and bespoke requests. They have helped educate multiple people we have had in the role on our side. They are both great at explaining the detail or finding the person that can answer the question to our satisfaction.

We have used Spotler for several years now, the email marketing functions, pop-ups and access to social media scheduling have become integral to our marketing efforts. The team at Spotler especially Lauren our account manager has always been above expectations. I would recommend looking into using this platform for your digital marketing efforts.

We have been using Spotlers platform for our email marketing for a few years now, and it has been a great experience so far, the perks and features are fantastic, would highly recommend. In addition you get great support from the team there, our account manager Liv as been great and always there to answer any questions.

We've been part of the switch from Pure360 over to Spotler. I've been pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail and the service provided during our transition. Lauren, our Account Manager, has been knowledgable & efficient but most importantly really great to work with. Personable, always easy to get a hold of and the exact kind of person you want looking after you in this scenario! Georgia and her team also did a great job during our DNS set up. The processes Spotler have in place seem to work. Keep it up!

I've been using the platform for 6 years now, starting on CommuniGator now to Spotler. Over my tenure I have seen an improvement with the product in terms of general reliability and less downtime - this is exactly what you want when you just need to send some E-mails.

The team are always helpful with queries and respond in a timely manner.

Admittedly I have not had much experience of other platforms, though truthfully Spotler covers what I need and I have not had a need to look elsewhere.

I am happy to promote the product and hence I give it 5 stars. OJ

We've used Spotler for a good few years now, and our account manager Natalie is always on hand whenever I have any questions or need some support, I can't recommend Natalie and the team enough.

Excellent email platform! Onboarding was a pleasure, the guys went through every step with me thoroughly and we only moved on when I confirmed I was happy with everything! Thanks in particular to Georgia, Tom and Natalie

We chose Spotler for many reasons, but the main reason being their commitment and promise to excellent customer service, this has lived up to its expectations so far im happy to say.
We were so sick of working with companies like hubspot who have no customer service option unless you choose an extremely expensive package and being constantly sent to help forums when having trouble.
Spotler is a breath of fresh air. I email or call Lauren and she comes back to me on the same day with a response and resolution if they have one. If they dont have an immediate answer/resolution for me they actively work on it straight away and keep me updated throughout the process.
I believe that this element of their service makes Spotler stand out from its competition.
Spotler please dont ever change this part of your service, from a Marketing Manager that likes to get answers quickly :)

Ellen has been very quick, detailed and efficiently helpful in solving our needs and helping us make the best use out of the Spotler platform.

My firm have been using Spotler's suite of mailing and social media products for a while now, which have easily become the basis for our external marketing and client outreach work. We've had great support from our fab account manager Liv and the team, who have worked with us to build up a better marketing offer, from integrating with our CRM for seamless client outreach, through to personalised team training to help us work smarter with the customer insights and data the platforms provides.

I’ve been using the Spotler platform for the past four years and have always found the system to be user friendly and comprehensive. The email marketing side of the platform provides options to send simple newsletters through to complex automated personalised campaigns. Email design is simple and uses a drag and drop approach which cuts back on repetitive tasks. The reporting allows us to easily view the effectiveness of our campaigns and highlights what’s working and what isn’t.

The other area of the platform we use is the Website visitor tracking. We’re able to track every visitor to every page on our websites. We can see exactly what impact our campaigns are having on website traffic and take the necessary action such as getting these leads in front of the Sales people. The platform provides a useful scoring tool that measures website activity.

Their support team are on hand to provide phone and email assistance on all matters. Almost all problems are solved with a call to their support team. Where the topic is more complex, they will escalate the issue to their technical team.

There are areas for improvement though. We use different instances for different events and if we want to have the same campaign on multiple instances, it needs to be created multiple times. It would be easier for us to be able to copy email creatives across the various instances. It would also be useful to have a campaign calendar view to look at a glance what campaigns have been sent and what is scheduled.

I have been using the Spotler platform for several years and recommend to anyone who is looking for a marketing automation solution. I particularly like how easy it is to create and manage our customer comms. The account management/ support team are fantastic if you ever need assistance!

The customer support at Spotler has been very prompt, helpful and personalised to our company needs. Our Account Manager Alisha has always been able to provide a solution or direct us to relevant support when needed. The system is user friendly and there is plenty of support available on the Help page and through various YouTube tutorial videos.
