We have been working closely with our account manager Natalie King over the past year. She has been very helpful with monitoring our account and supporting with account amends. We have never been more happy with our mailing platform and the whole team are very customer-focused and supportive.

Natalie has always been very helpful and regularly checks in on our account to make sure we are all happy. We are quite a dynamic company with everchanging requirements for contact volume, features and support. Natalie has supported us every step of the way to ensure we're using Spotler in the most effective way.

Since joining my company a year ago, Spotler have been on hand to guide me through their systems, their training is first class and even got me out of some sticking situations (when I accidentally deleted stuff!) Our account managers Rosie and Lauren have been amazing.

We use the Spotler platform to manage our online marketing campaigns and are very impressed with the results. The platform is highly user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to set up and manage campaigns with minimal effort. We have been using Spotler since August 2022. Before that the onboarding process was pretty smooth. We're really getting to know the systems (pure360 and Squeezely) well and taking things slowly to make sure we learn as much as we can about the various elements. The power of the tools, i.e. the things they help us do, is absolutely awesome. And our CSR, Kristian, is the best. We still have weekly calls with him to talk about the ways we are currently using the tools, and brainstorm ideas for the future.

Spotler has proven to be a very powerful and feature-rich marketing tool for our company, particularly during our ongoing brand refresh and expansion. As we navigate through these changes, we are actively exploring the wide range of features, functionalities, and options that Spotler offers and will be exploring them further. Although, we realized that to fully leverage the capabilities of Spotler, proper training and support are very crucial. We are fortunate to have received exceptional support from our key account manager, Lauren, and the team of specialists who have been providing us with quick responses and clear instructions as we were going through the significant projects. Additionally, I love the detailed tutorials offered on Spotler's YouTube channel which, as well, provided valuable resources for us.
We trust Spotler to continue improving our marketing efforts and delivering the strong ROI. :)

We've been with Spotler since it took over the Communigator platform. It has been reliable and easy to use. The support from account managers and support team has been excellent.

After transitioning from Pure360 to Spotler while in the middle of a significant website rebuild, we have found Ellen and ALL the Support team (I would name-check them all, but I will forget someone) to be incredibly helpful and will always go the extra mile to help answer our questions and queries.
