This Company is Disgusting. False promises, constantly cancelling my on line door dash orders, turning off my online ordering with their broken "goto app". No one and I mean NO ONE knows what their doing in any department. Hand off after hand off, if you want head aches purchase SPOT ON because they are anything but spot on... Toast smokes their ass and if I were a bigger business and could afford it I would go back to Toast... this company is absolutely 💯 % SHIT, having to call in weekly because it keeps having problems... I should have went with clover instead....

I’ve been really happy with my SpotOn collar so far. Setup was smooth, and everything worked exactly as expected right out of the box.
A couple weeks in, I did run into a small issue where the collar didn’t light up while charging. I reached out to SpotOn customer service, and they helped me troubleshoot and fix it within minutes. Super quick, no hassle.
Everything is working perfectly again, and it’s been reliable ever since. Great product backed by responsive support — which honestly makes all the difference.

My experience since the beginning has been terrible across the board. It feels like it's their first day every day. There's no communication or follow through. I had to literally ask for links and info for things that should have been intuitively sent. Support is basically non existent. Since implementation of the POS stations, I spend hours every week fixing issues. As for reporting. They call it "robust" . I can definitely confirm it is cluttered, illogical, overly bloated in uselessness yet completely lacking basic information necessary for accounting at any level. I'm honestly shocked they haven't been shut down yet for generally being bad at everything.

We have had Spot On for a little over a month now and we absolutely love it. Yes there is bugs to fix like any other POS system but they are able to fix it pretty quickly and efficiently. They will follow up to make sure the issue is fixed as well. Ivan Monroy and Enrique are the best. I would highly recommend switching over!

We have used Spoton for a year and they have the best support in my experience with POS's. They try to actually help and if they can't for some reason I have a rep, Krystle and she will help get it resolved. This is refreshing coming from Toast where there is NO support at all.
