Fantastic app
Fantastic app, really user-friendly and easy to use. I over my account when they were offering an amazing interest rate, however they have now loaded it. I have got a higher rate paying account elsewhere, however I was still retain money in Spring because of its ease of use and clear information. It doesn’t bombard you with a bit of useless information, the app allows you to select the information you want to see.

Terrible interest rate at 3.75 … Chase bank 4.50
We open an account and then they dropped the rate to 3.75 when it was 4.11 . It’s a shame as very easy to use account. Even tesco bank pays 4.00 so. We have taken all of are money out. You have Chase bank paying 4.50 . Seems like these new bank accounts. Once got your money, they drop the rate and don’t care

We're sorry that our new interest rate is no longer competitive enough for you. Our Easy Access saver is a variable rate product, which means we can amend our interest rate at any time.
We always let our customers know at least 14 days before the interest rate is reducing, or on the day if this is going to increase.

I like this bank and the staff is very helpful and quick to respond if there's a query. It's easy to navigate the site and fairly straightforward. My mum has an account too which I help her to manage and the only problem is, that I have to uninstall the app and reinstall to login to the two different accounts. After speaking to the team, there seems to be no other way, even if I use a different device, it seems to know I'm already logged in. I wanted the two accounts to be visible and accessable on one login, like it is with another bank we're both with, so hopefully this can be possible at some point. Otherwise, we're both happy with this bank.

So far fantastic
So far fantastic. I saw other reviews only negative feedback being the time taken to log in but to be honest, i have found this to be not too dissimilar to other app based banks. I am yet tp withdraw from my account to judge this process but as for a simple to use and competitive rates, I would recommend this as an investment bank that works in hand with your current account.
I will update once I withdraw some of my cash, as I have had issues doing this with a rival bank and hope this is much easier with Spring.

Loved the rate, cute app but limited functionality
Loved the rate, but rate was cut shortly after opening, though still decent. Unable to arrange future or recurring transfers, but super easy with cute app to make immediate ones. Not able to print statements other than monthly.

Totally agree with these comments at the top of the page. I signed up on the understanding that this was an all singing dancing savings account so i signed up just after xmas and just over six weeks later i receive an email saying the interest rate is dropping- I will leave the money where it is because it isnt a large amount. This would have been a five star review a few weeks ago which is a real shame and im not saying ive been lied to - the terms and conditions were very clear but i do feel a little bit deceived.

Difficult start but now very good
After a few days and attempts with
no progress I eventually got the app to work properly and after 1 weeks successful operation I now am prepared to praise the app for ease of use and functionality.
