A complete waste of time
A complete waste of time. They tried to sell me a course for 36k! None of my follow up questions were answered and I'm just receiving spam messages since then. Do yourself a favor and avoid this "course". I'm pretty sure most of the 5* comments here are bought.

Horrible experience.
I had a representative called Anna which is the person I had for getting into the program.. Unfortunately I couldn’t take her call because I had some work homework to do with my boss and she basically I wasn’t qualified to enter the program and they locked me out hahahah… that is very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this at all because if they treat you like this, imagine if you enter this program. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!

If you DON'T show up for weekly calls, ask questions, watch the modules, or put time into strengthening your weaknesses or letting go of fear, you will not benefit from this course. You get what you put into it. My experience has been 10/10. I've had the privilege of meeting people from different states, created relationships with like-minded individuals who want to see you succeed like you want to see them succeed, and this journey with Springboard has taught me to change my mindset. It has been a blessing in my life. Stephanie and Thach are a blessing to everyone they meet.

4/10 if you have some cash to throw it might help you out but if not don't even bother.
Honest review, the models are okay, nothing great. Sure you learn a thing or to but it's not even close to what the price tag reflects. The explanations in the modules are also decent the only thing i would say is even somewhere close in worth to what you pay for is the weekly live calls. Its a good but of info that's said in there. Other then that I'm pretty disappointed in paying as much as i did. You cab find most of the info by simply reading and studying

Cannot recommend this program enough!!!!! Everything is laid out clearly and all the information you need to succeed is there. Thach and Stephanie are also very responsive to all questions and the community/network can’t be beat. If you’re on the fence, stop holding yourself back. This is where it’s at.

I was skeptical at first
I was skeptical at first, but joining spring board to wealth has given me amazing clarity on my real estate journey and strategy as an investor. The coaching calls are incredibly helpful if you are willing to ask questions and learn. I am so impressed by the capacity of thach, Stephanie and Marc to actually give everyone such detailed answers. Aside from the real estate trainings, the mindset things alone were worth it.

What I got: Basic overview of kindergarten Real estate concepts, motivational videos, and old unedited lengthy zoom meetings.

Learn from Real Teachers not Fake Teachers
Robert Kiyosaki talks about being very careful about who you get your information from, he says to seek out REAL TEACHERS. In today's "Guru" world this advice as is most of Robert's advice is immensely important. Every day we are bombarded with influencers trying to sell us information and courses but you have to ask yourself are they really living the life you want to live or are they just selling it? I like the Springboard To Wealth program and chose this program because of how real Thach is and how aligned with my values he is. When I first signed up (during my trial period) I actually hopped on a plane and went literally across the country to meet Thach, Stephanie, and Marc in person for the last Seattle Springboard meet-up of 2023. It was important for me to feel their vibes to know if this course was really worth my time, energy, and hard-earned money and to see if they were genuine people or just out here to make money. I honestly don't know how they keep up with all the work involved in trying to help others succeed the only explanation is that they really love what they are doing. You can see their student's success is very important to them and I like that. But they make it very clear your success is ultimately up to you. YOU have to take ACTION, consistent action over time this is not "get rich quick". I was happy I went to the Seattle meet-up because I immediately clicked with everyone there and Thach even took us to one of his newest projects nearby. It was an awesome experience and made my real estate dreams even more real for me. As Robert Kiyosaki says learn from real teachers those who are actually doing and have done what you want to accomplish. The Springboard team are real teachers and they really care about helping you grow. Robert's words are usually true and way ahead of his time and I'm glad I followed his advice and chose this mentorship program and I think you will too. Good luck
