Wouldn’t go anywhere else couldn’t compliment this family firm any higher . Been dealing with them for eighteen years ,since we bought our first suite during that time we have added rooms to our home ,and pride of place in each room is a item of Springvale furniture. Recommend them to anyone,without hesitation.

We bought 2 settees about 5 years ago which we were thrilled with. About 3 years later one developed a fault on arm( a sizeable dint on arm top). Called into showroom to report this and were told someone would visit.after waiting several months and another visit to showroom someone turned up. Didn't know what had caused fault but said would bring one of the guys from the fa Tory to dismantle arm so they could have a proper look. 2 years later none has been! After sales is useless- just not interested. Beware!

I bought a blue leather Dukes chair and a tan 3 seater chesterfield. Sarah was fantastic and did not pressure us at all when we visited the showroom a few times whilst we were making our decision. She was polite and even got her father to put together a swatch on a particular blue leather to give it an antiqued appearance. The delivery was also smooth and they fulfilled my request for a particular set of dates. I would highly recommend Springvale as it is incredible quality and very competitively priced.

After visiting several national retailers we decided to try Springvale Leather and were immediately struck by the quality and comfort of the furniture on display in their excellent show room. The sales staff were very helpful with a great product knowledge and we were more than surprised about how competitive the quote given to us was. The two leather sofas we ordered were delivered to our new house ahead of schedule in time for Christmas which was an added bonus. We were very pleased with the service provided and the quality of the products purchased and would recommend the company highly to anybody considering purchasing leather furniture.

We’ve just taken delivery of our third suite from Springvale Leather, our first one has served us well for 20 years, and it’s still going strong - it’s gone to a new home with a relative & still has many years of service left in it. Our new suite is wonderful, the quality & comfort is second to none, worth paying for the excellent workmanship. Thanks to Peter & the rest of the team for great service as usual.

We bought a rocker chair from Springvale 7 or 8 years ago and were delighted with it. They matched the style and colour of our existing suite and we loved it. Incidentally it still looks as good as new! When it came to replacing the old suite we naturally turned to them again. We have had the same helpful and efficient service from them and love our second purchase, Not only looks good but is very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We don’t normally award 5 stars but on this occasion feel we have no alternative. Our requirements were fairly straightforward: a quality high back leather settee. On-line research showed that a 350+ mile round trip to Lancashire would be worthwhile. After visiting many outlets Springvale became our chosen supplier because of the quality of furniture on display in the Rossendale showroom, the patience and knowledge of Rachel and Tony, and their understanding of our need to consider everything before making a final decision. The next step was the ordering process by telephone and we are very impressed with the professionalism and care shown by Sarah who kept us informed by email. Then the delivery, on-time, quick, thorough but unobtrusive, and they even fitted protection pads to the settee feet to protect our wood flooring, and left a sample of our leather to use for matching other soft furnishings. It’s this attention to detail that left us knowing that we’d chosen the right manufacturer. We are delighted with the quality of our new settee and neighbours and other visitors have been similarly impressed. It goes without saying that we have already recommended Springvale to family and friends. Thank you to you all, we are chuffed to bits with our settee and the service provided throughout. When we decided to replace our 2 sofas, we knew we had to return to Springvale. 20 years ago, we bought our first sofas from them and have not been disappointed with quality and the durability of them over that time. The new showroom is excellent, making the choice of style etc easy. The staff are so helpful and friendly and there is no pressure to buy. We would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone wanting quality furniture.

We can only echo the other reviews which attest to the friendliness of the staff, the lack of pressure selling, the genuine wish to help and accommodate visitors to the showroom. Our needs were modest but amendment to the back height of the ‘club style’ chairs was willingly arranged. The range of styles and finishes is vast. The quality of the finished chairs and footstool is magnificent and we would have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending these local (to us) manufacturers to anyone. Whenever our suite needs replacing, this will be our first port of call (and probably the last one too!!)

Some friends bought a suite from Springvale a few years ago and we were impressed with the looks and quality, so when we wanted one we decided to take a look at their showroom. We were not disappointed. The showroom is full of quality made furniture with a large variety of styles.We were quite particular in what we wanted but this presented no problem whatsoever. The Knowledgeable sales person ( sorry not good on names ) guided us through the whole process of achieving what we wanted with no pressure at all. When our 3-2-1 suite arrived it was amazing,everything we had wished for. From entering the showroom to delivery of our furniture we were so impressed with everyone at Springvale. Highly recommended. I recently purchased two beautiful sofas from this excellent company , after much deliberation during which time there was no pressure whatever ,and when I finally decided , everything went along very smoothly .All staff were very pleasant , courteous , understanding and helpful . We visited Springvale's showroom last September and were very impressed with the two floors of furniture we saw, all laid out to resemble the interior of homes. The purchase was very professionally done and the staff were very helpful, obviously taking a pride in their family company. The delivery men carefully and quickly put together our two sofas. We are extremely pleased with the sofas which we find very well made, comfortable and pleasing to the eye.

I really can't speak highly enough of this company and the quality of their product. Buying from them was an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish, a masterclass in professionalism and pure craftsmanship.
Originally recommended to me by my partner (whose mother had purchased furniture some years previously), I was blown away by the product knowledge, lack of "pushiness", and sheer friendliness of everyone I came into contact with at Springvale. A fabulous showroom which showcases their product range beautifully. An in-depth consultation about what I wanted (3-seater, armchair, footstool), no question was unanswered, and the process was made incredibly smooth and seamless.
Well - today our furniture arrived and I'm grinning like a Cheshire Cat! It is of the absolutely highest quality - no Chinese rubbish here! Exactly what I wanted. The delivery men (Sam and another chap, unfortunately I didn't catch his name) were professional and polite from start to finish. Brilliant.

Springvale’s showroom showcases their quality products. During our visit there we found all the staff to be helpful without being pushy, especially Tom. We were given time to reflect on our options and encouraged to return at a later date when we had made our decision. The delivery date was negotiated ensuring that it was at a time convenient to us. The staff who delivered the three piece suite were professional and ensured that we were happy with our purchase before leaving. We are very pleased with the furniture and would highly recommend dealing with this company if you are looking for a hassle free purchase.
