2 Oxford Adirondack Teak chairs
Ordered 2 Oxford Adirondack Teak Armchairs and Footrests from Sproutl as my wife and I had been looking for a while. Absolutely fantastic service, chairs arrived 3 days after ordered, packaging excellent and so easy to put together. Third item I have successfully ordered from Sproutl after Fire Pit & Garden Pots. Mothers Day gifts
My son purchased me two plants from this site for mothers day. After only ordering them on Monday the 21st they were with me by Wednesday afternoon. They arrived in brilliant condition and looked great. Packaging was immaculate and couldn't believe how well they transferred the plants.
Would highly recommend and will be using myself for future purchases!

Placed an oder 23.3.22 and received reply straight away informing me that they were onto it and that I should receive order 2-4 days. Received no notification so contacted Sproutl today only to be told item out of stock. I should have been notified sooner. No faith in getting refund dealt with quickly neither.

Whilst we try to ensure only available products appear online for sale, very occasionally the garden centre will notify us after an order has been received by us that they no longer have stock. We’re so sorry that in this case it took longer than we’d have liked to inform you of the delay, and would like like to assure you that we are constantly working with our partners to improve this process.
Regarding the refund, this was processed as soon as we were made aware your pot was out of stock, and this was communicated to you in our previous email conversation. Your refund receipt was also emailed to you separately as discussed.
I hope this goes some way to explain what happened, but please do reach out to us again if you wish to discuss this further.

I was looking specifically for some hardy outdoor plants to decorate the balcony in my city flat. Sproutl provided an excellent way for me to identify appropriate plants, delivered very quickly, and boxed very securely. Overall fantastic smooth customer experience - won't hesitate to use again.

I ordered a large quantity of seeds from Sproutl, and they arrived really quickly and were very well packaged (using a minimum of plastic!). I also thought the website was very well designed and informative for people who don't know a lot about gardening.

Ordered a pot as a gift. Inserted my email incorrectly so would not receive confirmation emails. Contacted the company to advise them of this. Thereafter they kept me up to date with progress of my order.
The pot arrived really quickly and the recipient is happy with the gift.
