I couldn’t be happier with the service from SP Screens, especially Sam. He and the team were professional, polite, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t fault them. The quality of the work and customer service were excellent. I’ll definitely be using SP Screens again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional team.

I got great advice about the design of fitting a single screen door into a long set of bi-folding doors. It can be moved along the whole track depending which part of the doors are open. I also got a metal security screen door for a balcony. All of it matches perfectly and looks part of the original doors. Great advice, perfect installation and tidy up, couldn’t be happier!

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Trades are very friendly, competent and tidy up after themselves. They took away old screen which I was appreciative of. Would recommend to anyone needing quality screens and doors. More affordable that other crim deterrent products. Thanks

First week closer fell off as screws popped out. I was told I must have forced the door backwards???
Just over a year and the lock won’t lock. Was told my house has moved. No offer to come and look. Very poor service. A security screen that is not secure and I’m $1300 lighter. Stay away from them!
Upon reading your reply, you have put the blame back on me for the closer breaking as you say the door was closed with the prop in place. This was not the case! The installer even said the screws were too small! You probably should check all your facts first!
You did NOT offer me a call out to come and review the broken lock, your receptionist did (on the initial contact) at a cost of $250 + parts! Outrageous amount and to blame my house for moving, that’s a pretty broad statement! Stop blaming clients, you’ve got your money!

You really should listen to your clients and not try to make out that your company is the innocent one, by your very tactful but incorrect reply. Again trying to pin the blame on the customer, But I suppose it’s my fault again by installing a Crimsafe “knock off”.
Again, such a glowing report you give of your company! No blame and no responsibility!

We’ve used them at our current and previous rentals. Amazing product and service for the price. Literally gobsmacked by how cost effective it is, and the quality and workmanship is top notch. I’ll call use them again at my next rental and I’d recommend them to anyone. Sunshine Coast franchise is second to none!

The process from measure and quote through to installation was efficient and well organised. We appreciated the regular communication and realistic timeframe provided. Tony, the installer was professional, friendly and took great care with the installation and clean up.

Worst experience I have ever had, trying to get a "free measure and quote". The customer service was terrible and the follow-up service, after I lodged a complaint, was non-existent. Don't waste your time with them, there are far better operators out there.

Expensive and awful customer service generally. Refused to come out and fix a screen that fell off window frame within 2 weeks of installing without charging service fee > $200. Would avoid at all costs.

Poor installation, fitter decided to take my top trim away, without asking, left screws in the door, and lock and top rail, asked him to cut them down, he proceeded to grind right there in my kitchen, and left me to clean them up in two rooms, I have animals, not happy, one sliding to keeps popping out of it's lock, poor sizing on both doors, gaps on the track he put in, letting those bugs in, made me feel very uncomfortable on both occasions he has attended my house, these are not custom made, they are shody, fitter has damaged my existing door frame to butcher the screens into place!!
Edit, discovered the sliding fly screens are completely different to what was in it's place, it should be a top hung roller screen, and they deliberately changed it to suit this mess, one sliding door keeps catching at the top of the door, you have to push it shut, as such the paint has already started to scratch off, Jo was sent to rectify issues, sadly jo doesn't know how to fix this mess, received a gentle reminder to pay outstanding bill, yep, no that's not happening! Total botched company.

I have read the many negative reviews here and I can honestly say our experience with SP Screens at Erina was exceptional. The representative arrived when stated, provided useful information on the product we were seeking, the check measure and installation was completed without a hitch. I would certainly recommend SP Screens Central Coast.

I would not recommend SP Screens Kirrawee to anyone. One young guy came and measured and quoted, they then sent a second guy to check the measurements and he changed the original measurements. Then the original young guy came to install but clearly no communication had happened on what measurements changed as he was frustrated with what had changed. The front door screen went okay but they didn't bring the door closer. The backdoor was where all the issues happened, the extrusion which was supplied was faulty and had to be reordered So the young guy left with my old and new door. A second attempt was made a few weeks later but using all the same frame as the first attempt so not sure what was going to be achieved but he left again still no door. The third attempt was made today and the door is finally completed 2 months after the first attempt. Throughout the whole experience I have had to chase to see what was happening not once has anyone contacted me with an update even when this was promised. Worst customer service and worst fitting of a simple door.

SP Screens are very professional and a pleasure to deal with - I will certainly be contacting them again when I need further screen replacements in the future.
