Very poor

My daughter spend all of her birthday money on slime with this company. After few weeks wait we had an email to say dispatched and then nothing arrived and no tracking available even though dispatch email says track your order. Still no slime 6 weeks after order and no personal communication to our queries. Do not use. Looking to report to trading standards.

Where is my order? Ive not recieved it and no response to my emails I've sent, not good at all, this is a present for someone and looks like it won't be here on time. Will be contacting my bank and trading standards.

Avoid! I wish I had read all reviews before..

I wish I had read all these reviews before letting my daughter to spend her pocket money! We ordered on 23rd March, over 3 weeks later - no order and no update email received! Wrote an email and auto reply advised busy time and working alone, then why take the order or why not advise of expected waiting time before customers make the order? Probably they wouldn't order then. Appalling service! :(
Edit: slime received on 27th April, there were no update emails on dispatch. Slime ok, daughter happy, though 8oz tub of bubble tea slime had only 15 bubbles/beads in it which she felt was very little on amount of slime. There were few stickers and sweets included in the package which child was happy about.
Wouldn't recommend due long waiting time and lack of order updates.

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. 5 weeks later and no delivery, you can't even contact the company and when you do they have the cheek to say "it's only me packing the slimes" THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM! Don't have a company unless you can deliver.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Beware. Stealing children’s pocket money and no product supplied

My son saved up and ordered his squishy squashy slimes n 28th Feb. It’s now 13th April and over 6 weeks later we have received nothing and they are uncontactable despite wmailing several times. If i do not hear back i will take legal action on my sons behalf as it is unacceptable to treat customers like this who have paid money in good faith and
worst of all to a child. The very least that could be happening is a response to advise what is happening and a refund if they are not able to fulfill the order.

I have really bad experience with them…

I have really bad experience with them too. I ordered 3 slimes spending fortune for my girls Eid presents and I hope everyday at least to have a reply of my emails.
I am so disappointed, I can't wait anymore as Eid is next week and I got no hope left after reading other people reviews.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
Not good wishes coming out for you squishy squashy slime.
People reviews matters and you will be closing your business soon the way you treat customers.

DO NOT waste your money

*EDIT 2 - The slimes have miraculously arrived , and they are fantastic quality , smell beautiful and there are a couple cute extras , however , I will not be ordering from them again . Communication is extremely poor and delays are excessive

*Edit 1 * - I recieved a dispatched email on the 1st of April , it is the 12th today , and STILL no order has arrived .When i click on the link , it says my order has been reiceved , but not that it has been dispatched.

I just want to start by saying,I value small family owned businesses, as an owner of one myself , i would rather buy from a small business than a corporation. But lets put things into perspective. If you are battling to meet a deadline, communication is a simple solution. Pop an email to your customers and advise of the delay. People are spending their hard earned money with you ,and in this case, my 12 year olds money, the least you OWE them, is communication. Put your products on pre order , so you can complete the orders for the money you have already taken, without disappointing anyone .Amend your production time on your website. Transparency is key , and it will earn you a lot more respect and understanding .

Didn't receive slime

I ordered on 22/02/24, even with the "May take up to 12 business days" disclaimer, my order is now very late and still hasn't shown up. I've tried emailing 3 times, one time I had an automated reply and been met with silence since

Update: on the date of my original review (21/3/24) I submitted a claim with my bank and got a refund for the slime. The slime then arrived 2 days later on a Tracked 24 service. Unfortunately all of the slime was too sticky, and despite using all the activator provided, I still had to buy more activator in order to be able to play with the slime. I am a small business owner myself, so chose to support a small business, however this whole experience has been awful and I will never order from here again.

i don’t recommend

i placed an order just under a month ago and nothing has turned up. i wanted the slimes as a gift but they didn’t arrive in time so i had to get something else. i emailed asking for a refund as i didn’t get an email saying they had been shipped and the date was approaching only to get the automated response saying they’re super busy. i appreciate they may be busy but surely if a refund is needed there should at least be a seperate line for that if they aren’t even reading the emails they are receiving. i’m contacting my bank for a refund as it feels as though this is a total scam. there should surely be some form of contact, especially for the price of their products.

Communicate!

I received an email hours after posting the below review, confirming item had been shipped. Still not received anything. This is no way to treat customers, especially when the majority of your customers will be kids. Please contact me privately to discuss how we go on from here, as this is completely unacceptable.

“My daughter ordered 3 weeks and still not received anything. No contact apart from automatic reply emails. Customer service is dreadful. I appreciate it is a small family company, but communication is key. I just need to manage my daughter’s expectations. I’d be happy to change my review, if someone could keep me informed.”

Avoid!!!

I ordered at the start of feb for my daughters birthday at the start of March. They took my money immediately. Since then I’ve had zero contact, despite numerous emails asking for an update. At first I got an auto response saying they are really busy and working through a backlog, now all my emails bounce back as undeliverable.
Needless to say I am not expecting the slime to arrive and have now had to order elsewhere. I genuinely have no idea how to go about getting a refund though as there is simply no way to contact them!!!
Give this company a very wide berth!

Good quality products, decent service.

Generally speaking, they produce good quality products. i did have some issues with shipment so i would not recommend ordering during a busy period. im just glad what i ordered wasn't for a gift. my second time ordering was significantly easier and i received the products within the time frame listed on their site. a few things to note about the products - if you order a DIY clay slime, the pot is too small once you mix the clay in so have a spare pot on hand to put it in afterwards. any slime that has glitter on top will not be glittery after playing with it as they don't put much glitter, which i was a bit disappointed about but it doesn't explicitly say about having glitter either. customer service was generally pretty helpful but did take a while to get back to me. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER ORDER INFLUX ESPECIALLY DURING BUSY PERIODS! ive seen a lot of reviews here that have absolutely slandered this business but at the end of the day if you're ordering from a small business during Christmas, i don't know what you're expecting. they're a small family owned business, not Amazon.

First time I ordered was for Christmas for my slime obsessed little sister. There was a stage where I thought I had been ripped off for £75 as there was no communication gone past the date should have been delivered and I had then read the reviews on this page.

However… I did email and I got a reply within a few days to advise shipping was delayed due to the influx of orders and each slime is hand made. My sister was over the moon with the delivery and the little extra bits they pop in make the wait worth while. (Sweets, pop it toys & a lovely note to say thank you for ordering)

I have placed another on the 2nd Feb for my sisters birthday 2nd May so I knew it would be delivered in time and I have received an email today to say it has been dispatched (fingers crossed the slime lasts till May lol)

Order on your own head but please remember this is a small business and I can confirm the product is amazing when it arrives.

Love the slimes I can understand slow delivery times.

The slimes are excellent and the little things that came with it are a lovely touch (3 stickers, fidget key ring and sweets). I. Love the slimes themselves. They did take a long time to come but the website advised of this and also I received an automated response that told me they were working on fulfilling the orders. I got a dispatch notice and it came within a week (their lead time). So it took almost 4 weeks total but it’s a small company so I expected that. Very happy with my slimes.

Avoid!

Against my better judgement from previous bad experience (for same reasonings) my daughter decided to order a mystery box from this company.
This is now the second time we have had issues with this company, no communication, and no item even after stating it was dispatched, the item has finally turned up after a well exceeded lead time.
If you wish to order from somewhere who you will be able to contact, will be accurate with their processing, dispatch and delivery time scale, this is not the company for you.

Amazing slimes, not so amazing arrival

Let's start with the positives, great quality, free snacks, free guide book and free activator! I would say it makes up for the £7-8 cost. but then the negatives.. It does take a while to arrive. This complain isn't their fault it's actually royal mail's but they hid my slime from me :( they put it in the recycle bin and if I didn't find out one day after I did then the trash men would have thrown it away, but over all great slime, great bubble pops and I really recommend any of the DIY clay slimes (I ordered white chocolate strawberries)

Never turned up, no one ever responded, bank refunded.

Ordered 7th of December. Hadn’t seen any reviews at this point.
Cut of for Christmas was 15th December.
Once it got to 20th December, I knew I wasn’t getting it before as it had been so long. And I’d had no contact. I emailed the company. No response. Then came here and saw all the reviews. Still left it as some said people got the slime just very long wait.
23rd December I had an email saying dispatched. Thought great, at least I’ll receive them. But company knew I wouldn’t be receiving for Christmas Day. So don’t promise Christmas delivery if you can’t achieve.
January comes I still never recieve the parcel. I reach out again by email. No response back. I emailed again middle of January, telling them they respond within 24 hours or I will contact the bank.
No one ever replied. No parcel turned up despite email saying dispatched. Bank refunded me eventually. Just a shame as my daughter asked for slimes exactly like theirs and not typical shop brought.
Youre literally letting down kids, shame on you.

incredible quality, long wait.

i’m very happy with my slime! the texture, smell and sounds are amazing. my package came with the slime (of course) activator, two stickers, two sweets and a slime care book.

i would say it was worth the money, but it took a long time to arrive. (i ordered on the 22nd of december, it came on the 23rd of january.) however, they did mention orders after the 15th will ship out in the new year. i understand why, they are a family run small business, so i know that it’s overwhelming to have to ship out a ton of orders in christmas time.

i have seen reviews talking about customer service, i haven’t personally dealt with that, so if your reading this check out the other reviews talking about that topic. :)

Waste of time and a lot of money

As you'll probably see with a lot of these reviews, buying from this business will be a gamble as to whether you receive the products you purchased or not. Sadly, I fell into the latter.

I repeatedly (and politely) emailed asking for an update to my order as I had bought it before the new year (I still haven't heard or received anything as of the 21st of January). It has gone so far that I have now had to escalate this with my bank as they did not respond to my request for a refund as I no longer was interested in receiving the slime and just wanted my money back (£30 for 3 slime!!!)

Do yourself a favour and don't risk the gamble, there are plenty of other better quality and more attentive slime makers in the UK.

No respect for consumer rights laws

So, I put in an order on the 21st not expecting a delivery till January. But, on the third I reached out asking politely for an update, there was no reply. On the eighth I asked for a cancellation ad refund seeing that they had not answered my inquiry - I got a automated response this time. So the thirteenth I registered with my bank a dispute looking for a cash back as I had not received the items, could not get in contact with the shop and was not being given my legal right to cancel the order and receive refunds. On the 16th I received an email saying that it had been dispatched? I have no idea why they would continue to dispatch an order when there was a dispute with a case number ongoing with the bank and id clearly stated I wanted a refund rather than the products at this point. This behavior is not respecting consumer rights laws.

I have already brought other slime hand made custom slime, in the time it took for this company to dispatch I had the custom slime made and delivered (for cheaper).

If they had answered any of my emails in the fifteen days I gave them to answer before starting the bank dispute then of course I would have happily accepted that and waited longer but not answering caused me to have to escalate the issue to my bank.

As an update: though I received a dispatch notice 2 weeks ago no delivery was made - I have my refund from the bank so that is not an issue - just to point out not to trust the dispatch notices either, perhaps the notice was to try and put a stop to me asking for a refund but obviously the bank was handling it for me.
