Massively Impressed with Aftersales.

I first used SRJ over 10 years ago. I then used them again for the back of the house. So impressed, I then asked them to replace my French Doors. I had an issue with one of the windows and as they were under Warranty, it was dealt with swiftly and with no issue at all. I will continue to recommend SRJ as I have done for the past decade. Also, the guy who came out to fix my issue couldn't have been nicer and is a credit to your business as is Pauline who I was emailing. Good job guys. Thank you..

From entering the showroom in Rosyth, (which is impressive) the staff were professional, diligent but most importantly honest and open. No hidden agendas or costs as the quality and workmanship stands for itself.
The continuity in communication was first class keeping myself informed at every stage and once my windows and doors had been installed the follow up from SRJ was important to them as the install itself.
You pay nothing upfront, no deposits or payments until you are 100% satisfied, and this becomes obvious with the standard of service provided.

From first contact with the company to having my windows replaced everything went smoothly and everyone I dealt with was helpful and understanding. I was put at ease and treated as a valued customer. I have just had the sills varnished and I am reluctant to put curtains up as they look so good.

I had an excellent experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. Consultation was clear with no hidden costs, and they gave great advice on the best options for me. The installation was carried out efficiently and to a high standard, with attention to detail.Customer service was fantastic, they kept me informed throughout and were quick to answer any questions.

We've used SRJ Windows 3 times now because we can trust them to do a good job and their doors and windows are good quality. So when I got a follow up call the other day, after they'd fitted our new French doors, I was disappointed that the woman on the other end said that if I gave them 5 stars on Trustpilot, they'd send me a £10 Costa voucher. So I've given them 3 stars, because they shouldn't be bumping up their revews, a bit dishonest methinks. Their products and work ethics should speak for themselves.

From the initial estimate to the installation and the final touching up of the roughcasting this was a very professional service. Everything was done to time with the minimum of fuss and disruption and we are delighted with the end product. We will definitely use SRJ for any further work of this nature.

The boys fitting the windows were so friendly & helpful. They arrived on time, explained the plan for the next 2 days & worked hard to achieve those goals. They left our property in perfect condition too. The whole process from quote, survey & fitting was very professional & smooth.

The ordering of the door was straightforward, as was the arranging of finance, and the company kept us informed regularly. The installation went smoothly, although there was an issue with an outside light, which was resolved quickly. Everything was explained clearly. All our windows and doors are from SRJ, and we have always been happy in our dealings with the company

From the initial consultation for the window, to adding a door, to the fit and final finish, everything was smooth and straightforward. They are highly knowledgeable (e.g. giving us a finish option we hadn't known about) and professional (e.g. you'd hardly know we had a door and window replaced after the fitters left).

First positive was the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable gentleman who came to discuss the options and price up the work. Very pleasant experience and conversation. Next the surveyors arrived and completed their work quickly and efficiently. Last and very much not least the installation. The two fitters arrived and after a quick review got on with the job. Very organised and worked together as a team. Everything dismantled was cleared away as the new door and fittings were installed. No fuss no bother just attention to detail. Once complete a full explanation was given as to maintenance etc and a pre prepared information pack was given to me. There wasn’t a speck of dust left behind. I would also say that from day one of the process every person involved turned up as scheduled and on time. I was also kept up to date with phone calls and emails. A follow up courtesy call to check I had received the 10 year guarantee and to check i was happy with the installation simply backed up my high opinion of the company. Friendly but professional and I would have no hesitation recommending SRJ to anyone.
