It's been almost 3 years since I Bought my OLYMPUS OM-D E-M5 Mark II Black Body from SSE Photo at a great price, fast shipping, tracking and great customer service. I hope to upgrade soon and when I do it will be with SSE!

My order was lost in the mail. I called and they sent another one right away I did receive that one. That was good service!

I say a few bad reviews online, but I ordered and received my camera just as I wanted. The camera was in great condition and worked just fine. I use it to make short films on Youtube. My channel is Lax Syndicate just in case you are wondering.

I had been looking on line for a Nikon P1000, I found my best deal in a package that included accessories that SSE Photo offered, the tech I spoke with was helpful and gave me a great deal on an additiona battery I was needing ... I will check with them again when in need of photo/video products

I just ordered Atomos Ninja V 5" last year I ordered the same item . Today was a real nice helpful sales consultant by the name of John Patrick . I recommend this Sales associate to call and ask for him . This is a trustful company highly recommended.

Cancelled my order two days after processing. No explanation. Couldn't reach customer service.

I ordered July 2020, I’m writing this review March 2021. I have still not received my full order. I have called, emailed the entire time. Been told oh refund is coming, oh it’s back ordered we will send it, oh we sent it. All LIES!!! Never again. Yes they have good prices but it’s a hit and miss on delivery. This sucks and I’m don’t have product or money. They always say contact us. But hasn’t been resolved since.

I ordered a camera and waited 2 weeks for shipment. Called ext. 1314 and talked to rep. He said I should have been called that the camera was not available. He suggested another camera. I received it 2 days later. Outstanding customer service. I called him back and thanked him for the advise on the other camera. I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a Canon PowerShot camera early on a Friday from this seller, because it was the best price. Later that day, they called me to ask if a black one, instead of silver was okay. They suggested a more powerful battery, with the included one as a backup. I agreed. I said it would be my birthday gift to myself. This was 10 days before my birthday; I hoped that would be enough time. The camera arrived the following Monday--from New Jersey to Western Wisconsin!

One of the worst experiences I've had. I never got all the accessories that were advertised on the package deal (osmo pocket). Only reason i got it through them was because of the package deal.
When contacting customer service they kept on saying its on backorder. After almost two months they said they can refund me 20$ for the missing items. What a joke. False advertisement at its finest. Ended paying 78$ over the the price if i would of just got it from Amazon.
