Lovely jewellery box but one layer wasn’t finished well and I wasn’t happy as the defect was at the front. That’s fine, but customer service response was exceptionally slow. I’ve dutifully sent back the defect piece and STILL waiting for customer service to get back to me. Was a birthday gift and has taken the shine off of the excitement. Especially for an expensive item.

I ordered the luxury backpack after having my eyes on it for months. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Overall I like the bag, mainly the space, compartments and well made straps. The zips on the bag are not fit for purpose however, they get stuck, mainly going around the corners of the bag, especially the smaller front pocket. The zip on the inside pocket gets in the way when closing the larger compartment also.

As I said, overall I do like the bag, just wish the zips would have been better quality and more thought through for such an expensive bag that I splurged on.

Prompt delivery and all the items arrived well packaged. Ordered a jewellery box and manicure set for a friend’s birthday present and they absolutely loved them.

Bestelling voor een paar honderd euro gedaan 4 weken terug en nog steeds niet ontvangen. wel een track en trace code gekregen maar die blijft maar aangeven dat het pakket nog niet is ontvangen door postnl. Ze reageren niet op mails. Vieze oplichters dus. en ondertussen wel berichten mailen naar me met aanbiedingen. SJAGGERAARS

Bought the jewellery stand for my niece as a pressie. £8 ,cheaper than in another store. Saw it at weekend and it's lovely.

I ordered 3 items and two really didn’t meet my needs so I returned them and over 2 weeks on I still have not heard if I will be refunded. I’m disappointed.

Beautifully made high quality layered jewellery box. Really well thought out compartments, lots of different colourways and finishes, I went for dusky pink and gold in the extra large, looks so great on my dresser. Masses of space for all my jewellery. I really love using it, it’s everything I’d hoped for.
Great customer service too as husband ordered wrong colour first time round and I had to return and reorder, all very smooth and efficient and was lovely to speak to someone in an office who could assist straight away and sort out my query. 100% recommend.

Excellent quality product well thought through on best ways to organise jewellery. I bought three sizes of stacking boxes as it suited my needs best. Fast delivery and always beautifully packaged in a double cardboard box. I also bought a travel box but the seperate bag inside was missing but very quickly sent by royal mail when I contacted them.
Extra anti tarnish strips work well. Highly recommended seller.

3 maanden geleden een bestelling gedaan, nog steeds niks ontvangen. Op het eerste moment leek het bedrijf mee te werken zoals ze aangaven op de mail. Nu hoor ik er helemaal niks meer van en krijg er geen contact mee! Zeer slecht en niet aan te raden! Als je slim je geld wilt kwijt raken doe het via deze site.

Delivery from DHL is terrible and lets Stackers down to the point that I will not order online again. Such a shame as the products are lovely.

Fabulous travel bag! It’s lightweight, spacious, and durable. The quality is excellent, and it’s comfortable to carry. Perfect for trips and highly recommended.

Bought as a thirty gift for my daughter. We created our own 3 piece jewellery set and the travel jewellery roll. She was absolutely delighted with it. Was straightforward to order, delivery was very quick and quality is of a very good quality

I ordered an item in the wrong colour so sent it back the same day I received it (14 July 2026) via their DHL system. I am still waiting for a refund!! I then ordered the correct one and it came the next day so that's ok I guess.

I bought this for my daughter in law, as a birthday present. I didn’t actually see it as sent direct to her. She rang me to say it was very pretty and that she would definitely be using it a lot.
