Excellent customer service. From booking through to collection, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and were courteous throughout. I've had to keep my items in storage with Stackt a little longer than planned, but I feel confident knowing they're safe and well looked after. Overall, I would recommend Stackt to anyone in need of a reliable storage service.

Stackt made my life way simpler! :)
In Jan, I moved out of my studio flat. While thinking about where to keep my stuff, I was going to find one person to transport the items from my flat and another person to store the items. When I did a Google search, I found Stackt - a service that combined both the collection and storage. This saved me so much time and made it convenient for me given the removal of an additional step.
Then, when I needed some items from my storage when I moved into a new place, I contacted them, and within 6 hours, the drop-off has been arranged to my new address and everything went off smoothly. I was under the building just as the drivers got to my new address so I was able to guide them to the flat for a smooth drop-off.
Overall, I'm so impressed with the ease and convenience that Stackt has provided me with and I'll be using and recommending them. :)
Also, a major shout out to the customer agents who've been communicating with me and made everything happen seamlessly.

Stakt really made everything about the…
Stakt really made everything about the process easy. Booking and pricing were easily handled online. And then a Stakt professional and I spoke on the phone to confirm we were understanding what was needed so that there were no moving day suprises on either end. The crew that arrived was efficient and professional. It's never fun to pay for moving but a good sign is, when you've settled into the new place, having the feeling of "that was worth it."

I had a very positive experience from the guys that collected and delivered the furniture from storage. They were very polite, professional and ensured nothing was damaged returning items.
I would definitely recommend and use this company again in future.

A very positive experience
It was a very positive experience from start to finish. It was very easy to sort out what was going to be collected and how long it was going to be stored for. In the end it ended up being stored for a great deal longer than I anticipated and I managed to request some items back early. I will definitely use them again if I needed to and I would recommend them to other people to use. The people that collected and delivered my furniture back were very sweet and very helpful.

I used Stact's services last summer
I used Stact's services last summer. I had to leave my current apartment, and while waiting to move into my new one, I had to leave all my belongings in a storage unit. The Stact team provided me with comprehensive information about the moving and storage procedures, as well as the price of the service. I had no problems either when I moved from my old address or when I finally moved into my new one. I found all my furniture and boxes in perfect condition.

The collections team arrived on time, kept me updated when they were on their way, and were patient with wrapping and moving my items. Positive experience of Stackt!
I was recommended this moving company and I'm glad I trusted their recommendation. I had a positive experience right from the booking through to the whole move. The communication was great from the company and the regular updates I received via WhatsApp were so helpful. I had alot of boxes and furniture to move and the guys were amazing moving it all so quickly and diligently. They were wearing body cam cameras which made me feel safer. Each interaction with members of the company were of a positive one. I would definitely recommend Stackt.
