Mostly good, sometimes slow, but really depends on the staff member. 1 in particular is the most difficult and pedantic to deal with, which makes you wonder why they ever came back to work.

Dan has been great so far! An ongoing issue that I got nowhere with in 3/4 months, Dan managed to achieve more in 2 hours. Still awaiting completion on the job but this is now out of Dan's control.

Having utilised Stadia’s services to renew eight of our utility contracts and establish export accounts for two solar installations, I have found them exceptionally beneficial and proactive. Our account manager, Keira, has diligently researched the market, consistently returning industry-leading quotes. She is particularly adept at identifying renewal dates and has always provided us with competitive quotes before the contract expires to ensure that we do not incur additional charges beyond the standard tariff.
