I had a last minute request for some staff badges that needed to be sent out urgently for an event. After being turned down by a couple of other companies, I contacted Rion at Staff Badges Direct on a Tuesday morning. He immediately put me at ease and assured me he'd do everything possible to make it happen, and he absolutely delivered! I sent him all the details and made the payment before 2pm, he quickly sent over the proof for approval, and by Wednesday morning the badges were already dispatched. They arrived fist thing Thursday, unbelievably fast! The quality of the magnetic badges is outstanding, and Rion's customer service is impeccable.
