Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered a Bosch combination microwave oven, and it was delivered within a week. Communication was excellent throughout, and the product is excellent too. I would thoroughly recommend Staff Appliances Thank you!

Ordered Wed no notification of delivery. Contacted customer support on the following Monday. Parcel still at depot. Picked up by DPD Monday and was ready for delivery Tuesday. As we were away had delivered Wed. Package was very badly ripped open which delivery driver took photo of. Found a dent in the front outer surface which stands out. Very disappointing in a new microwave with such an obvious dent. Customer care were very polite and helpful.

Managed to get 2 matching ovens, 1 graded with a small dent in the top and the other missing original packaging but both brand new, bargain prices and fast delivery, would recommend!

The staff went above and beyond! I purchased an induction hob which was delivered on time. Unfortunately on opening the parcel I noticed the glass was cracked. I immediately phoned the company and spoke to Rob. He was more upset about the experience than I was and said he would drive to my house and exchange the hob with a replacement. I am well over an hours drive but he was at my address within 2 hours! Amazing service. The product was very well priced and works amazingly well. I will definitely use them again!

Product arrived quickly and was as described. The order was placed online and a member of staff rang before completing the order just to confirm things, which was a reassuring and proactive step which I appreciated.

The graded fridge freezer we bought was delivered on time, and we were kept informed of its progress at all times. Delivery is kerbside only, but we were aware of that.
The website had photographs of the exact appliance we were buying, so we knew exactly why it was classed as graded, and the couple of little marks on it are miniscule anyway.
The discount offered because of those marks was generous, and it comes with a full manufacturer's warranty.
Staffs will be my first port of call for any further white goods purchases.
