Terrible experience with their Dtf prints. Peeled off after first wash than i contact them to see if my settings are wrong, they recommended new settings ( similar) and the transfer didn't stick... Voir plus

I had a learning curve due to not being active for a time. Everyone I dealt with, Janet, John, Melissa, etc were all exremely patient and so helpful. Excellent company to deal with. All good people!

Breaks under 2 years
Hottronix Fusion IQ Heat Press: the screws on the track have sheared off. The unit handle also goes lopsided when I pull down, which cracked the plastic top piece and makes it impossible to get a good press. This unit was only 2 years old when the problems happened, and has been just sitting ever since (2 Years). For the $2500 price, I really expected a longer life as I am not some big printer, just a guy doing shirts at my house for my business. I am frustrated with this one and really would like to see it fixed or replaced. Tons of others with similar issues on reddit.

Incorrect order recieved
I received only part of my order. I had 15 names missing along with several names that weren't part of my order at all.

Terrible experience with their Dtf transfers
Terrible experience with their Dtf prints.
Peeled off after first wash than i contact them to see if my settings are wrong, they recommended new settings ( similar) and the transfer didn't stick on the garment :)
They ask me to return print to investigate but i already tried 2 other transfer with same settings to see result. Both stick well and way better looking after the wash, so it is clear that their print wasn't good.
When i ask if they will replace my order or not , They offer me only %10 percent off for the next order :)
I don't think i ll order anything from them again.
