After complaining about shipping…
After complaining about shipping charges for a small sample, and leaving the site with the sample order still in our cart, we were contacted and the sample was shipped free!
We later ordered spindles for our staircase because of their great customer service. Will recommend them to all our friends!

My order shipped quickly and everything arrived in great condition. The website tutorials were very helpful, and ensured that I would have all the tools and supplies needed to install my new stair railings. They had several wood species options to choose from and the pieces I got had beautiful woodgrain patterns. I am very happy I made this purchase
I am very happy I made this purchase! Buying them online was super easy to navigate. The balusters I bought are durable and did not scratch as I worked with them. The paint/coating is hard-wearing and does not get shiny from touching them. I definitely recommend using the zip clip shoe system because they allow you to adjust the balusters as you install them . After reading the reviews, I knew I would have a human to talk to if I needed any help, but everything was great.
I am 60 years old and was concerned about tackling a project this big, but I am so glad I did because they are beautiful!

American Cherry Newel posts and railings…
Purchased natural American Cherry Newel posts plus top and bottom raillings for my upper foyer. Which is above the lower floor staircase. The wood was laminated with complentary color and grain patterns.
All pieces were straight and true. I would highly recomend the products.

Shipping took entirely too long, especially given there was a significant charge for shipping. Also, when I went to contact customer service the "info@stairwarehouse" bounced back as undeliverable.
