Brilliant company to deal with
Brilliant company to deal with. Very affordable prices and the customer services is the best i have experienced in a long time. Delivery is very quick and the drive is a gent. Denise is also a wonderful lady to deal with. Will be buying more from them.

Lovely company
I ordered chlorine and dispenser for our pool, got a lovely personal email thanking for the order and it arrived very quickly. A little pack of jellies in the package was a nice touch 👌

I received the item on time but upon placing your order, there was no confirmation email from the company stating that they have received your order and that they are processing it. No way to track your order either so I was anxious that my order did not go through.

Spoke to ja in the store and he couldn't do enough for me and sent the correct one out.. excellent customer services from him and I will continue to order from this store..

Ordered a toy for my boys birthday, unfortunately wasn't the right one but I was offered a refund and to keep the toy but genuinely didn't want the refund as the service is as excellent, they're so responsive and the personal touches are lovely, they sent birthday wrapping paper , jellies and personal note wishing my boy happy birthday. I would go as far as to say it's the best and most personal service ive ever had from a company. I'll definitely be ordered again. Delivery was super quick too.
