I ORDERED A 3XL SWEATSHIRT FOR MY GRANDSON, THEY SENT A LARGE. AFTER SENDING 6 EMAILS AND RECEIVING NO RESPONSE, I DO NOT EXPECT ANY RESULTS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THEM AS IT APPPEARS ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.

They don’t deserve even a start. I contacted them about my item, and they never got back to me. Their products were horrible and nothing like what was described. If you can stay away from them, do it. They just steal your money!

Terrible! awful quality! No support for the dissatisfied customer! Escape this company!

I got the goku lamp as a christmas gift for my husband. It came with chipped paint, gokus face was completely warped, shenron was missing an eye and whisker. I reached out for a replacement, the initial email i wrote, they responded to the same day, after I emailed back with pictures of the messed up lamp they completely ignored me and it's been about a month now. After multiple attempts to follow up they have completely ignored all my emails. Totally unprofessional, I do not recommend buying anything from them, horrible customer service.

Ich habe meinem Mann zum Geburtstag die Kopfhörerhalterung gekauft, die REDUZIERT sage und schreibe 39€ gekostet hat. Die Figur kam an und mir fiel sofort auf, dass die Haut der Figur fast genauso Orange ist, wie seine Hose. Als wäre man mit einem Farbpinsel einfach drüber, also ganz anders, als abgebildet auf den Werbebildern. Danach platzierte ich die Kopfhörer darauf und mir fiel auf, wie wackelig die Figur ist. Es ging aber, wenn man die Kopfhörer ganz vorsichtig drauf platziert hat. Jetzt ist die Figur schon mehrmals einfach umgekippt und zerfällt jedes Mal in alle Einzelteile, da es oben auf einem Regal steht und dann auf den Boden fällt. Also absolut enttäuschend!!!

I was really excited to order a Vegeta from this website, as it was on special for Christmas.
The photo showed a good quality paint job, with brilliant colours and shading.
The model I received was a far cry from what was shown. The paint job has no shading whatsoever, and is done in solid colours. The blue used for his bodysuit is a sky blue, not a royal or a navy as it should have been. The lines on his forehead are a weird purple colour, and his boots are two different colours altogether! One tip is gold, and one tip is orange. There have been parts of paint missed and even smudged around the breastplate, and there is a black smudge of paint from his hair on his face.
On top of all this, one of the hands is the wrong way up, and his head doesn't even stay on properly.
To say I am disappointed would be an complete understatement. I looked into the refund policy to discover that I would have to pay to have it sent back (overseas shipping) and that even then they might decide not to refund me.
I'll cut my losses and have it repainted by a professional, but I will never be ordering from this site again.

Ich hatte die Kopfhörer halterung Figur bestellt. Es kippt ständig um. Verliert ständig den Kopf. Es ist für seine eigentliche Funktion gar nicht geeignet.

Order was estimated to arrive by December 15th. Now, 18 days later on December 22nd, the order still hasn't arrived and tracking stopped updating 6 days ago.

I will say, though, the company sent me a really nice, helpful response and I do expect to receive the item, so just be aware of potentially delayed delivery times (but this was near the holidays).

I ordered a Goku headphones stand along with a box filled with 7 dragon balls for my boyfriend as christmas presents. The Goku headphones stand is nice, I like the quality of it and it didn't exactly cost TOO much so I don't really have many complaints there. However, when it comes to the dragon balls, which I paid over £100 for (which by the way was the so called "discounted" price), initially I was impressed by the quality of the box and the balls. But after further inspection, it appears that the balls are not made of glass as advertised, but instead, they are made from a resin/acrylic type of material. Originally I did think the price was understandable, considering if the balls were truly made of glass, like Standify claims they are. But not only that, I discovered that you can find the exact same product on Amazon/Ebay for a fraction of the price, so of course I'm gutted that I could have saved a hell of a lot of money for the exact same product. If you're considering purchasing from this company, I highly suggest that you try looking elsewhere beforehand as more than likely you'll find the same products but at a much cheaper price. Besides this.. I did appreciate how the company kept me updated with the tracking information, and the products themselves were sent out relatively quickly, but of course you could just go on Amazon and get them even quicker. The reason I won't be taking this further is for the simple reasons that I can't be doing with the hassle of battling to try and get some of my money back as these companies tend to make it a nightmare to do so, and besides, my boyfriend will be very happy with what I've bought for him anyway as he's a huge Dragon Ball fan. I just wish I had looked around more before jumping into giving my money to Standify - so I write this in hopes that I can warn other potential customers to try and prevent you guys from making the same mistake I did.

Order was very good quality and delivered in plenty of time as this was a Christmas give for my grandson

Amazing quality, bought as a present and they absolutely loved it!! Bigger than I expected!
