The machine used to do my eye exam was broken and they still did it anyways. In which I had to get it redone.. Alot of unnecessary hassle.

Beware of this place
Only half of my order was avaliable and there was a long scratch on one lense. How can you sell a pair of new glasses with a visible scratch on the lense?
The woman I first spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive to me and even went to go check something and never came back. After 15 minutes of just standing there another employee asked if I had been helped. Absolutely unacceptable.
*Still waiting on second pair of glasses, the pair that I did receive have a scratch on one lense, and employees are horrible.
ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT RECCOMEND!!

Clovis store was not very informational I got tossed around from one employee to another. Was told one thing and then another. Seemed like all the employees were not knowledgeable about their services or promotions. They do not have an Optometrist onsite!!! Wanted to charge another $30 to see Optometrist at a different location.

Well i wasn't given enough time to take…
Well i wasn't given enough time to take the test. My glasses need to be adjusted cause I still can't see up close. I'm unable to be on my phone and I do a lot of business on it. If I can get a redo on the testing to get my glasses to fit my vision.

My prescription was completely wrong……
My prescription was completely wrong… So I’ll be returning the glasses tomorrow. The workers were very helpful and nice, but I’m just not happy with the product.

My glasses it’s been like more than 4…
My glasses it’s been like more than 4 weeks now they couldn’t get it right
First it was my prescription kinda off so I had to redo that then plastic cheap material they use is ugh makes my double vision double triples with anti glare!
And I still don’t have my glasses for the third time going back because they couldn’t get the shades right and it was dark so hen too light and I’m still waiting till this day
Bad bad experience and materials!
