Stantonwatchcraft Avis

Great company and even better service

Great service. Sam was super responsive and helpful answering all my questions. Delivery was very fast and the watch arrived exactly as described.

I was recently shopping for a special watch for my daughter and ended up finding a perfect Longines for her - and one for me, as well! Sam was knowledgable and provided a wonderful customer experience. Next time I’m on the market, I’ll go to Stanton Watchcraft first!

Sam was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful when we met him at Detling antiques fair. Was interested in helping me solve my problem with watch straps. I was not wearing my watch because of a broken strap.
3 days later he had sent me 3 " NATO " style straps which are much stronger thank the 2 piece straps i had bought from high street jewellers.
These straps are approximately 1/3rd the price of those is had bought from the jewellers.
Excellent service and value

Where to start
Absolutely fantastic service over multiple deals
Each one smooth and hasstle free
Super speedy shipping
Couldn't recommend using these guys for any watch needs enough.
Will 100% be a returning client

Having seen a lot of positive comments about Stanton watchcraft on socials. I was really impressed by the how helpful and efficient it was to source an item for me. Really great customer service and again impressed by the e-commerce aspect. Thanks again!

I spoke with Sam at the Watch Fair on 17th May as I was looking for a box for an Omega Constallation. A couple of days later one arrived in the post and I was absolutely delighted.
The service was excellent, the box was in great condition for its age and the price was very fair.
I am very happy to recommend Stanton Watch Craft.

Great service, explained everything about the watch, offered any after sale help if needed.

Excellent customer service and follow up support. .

Sam was super helpful and arranged everything from buying the watch to delivering. Very happy with my new purchase!

Excellent service from Sam. A great selection of pre-owned watches and accessories at great prices

I recently purchased several timepieces from Stanton Watchcraft and couldn't be more impressed with the experience.
I was kept in the loop with consistent updates. In an industry where peace of mind is everything, their team excelled, answering every question I had swiftly and professionally. It’s rare to find this level of transparency and customer care. I’ll certainly be returning for my next acquisition.

I’m a repeat customer of Stanton Watchcraft Ltd, having purchased watch accessories from them for my own business. Dealings are always smooth, shipping prompt and prices the best I have found. Deal with confidence.
